Respected mam , please can you explain why we are diluting urine 100 times 🙏🙏

Cause creatinine level in serum is usually low and can be measured by colorimetric method.. but in urine, creatinine level is so high, so can't be measured by colorimetric method, as colorimeter can't measure that much high OD.. that's why ,it's diluted first to get the diluted OD then it's multiplied to get the actual concentration
