Glad that at the end, you mentioned that the bun to creatinine ratio in a functional renal state is greater than 15 and also 20, since we've memorize it as greater than 20 only. The confusion is now cleared 😅

great video, love the way you explain topics. Just a quick correction, as far as ı know anuria means under 100cc. Not necessarily zero.
According to Mosby's Medical Dictionary:- Anuria: the absence of urine production or a urinary output of less than 100 mL per day. Thus, both are correct!
What if we get LOW bun/cr ratio while serum urea and serum cr both are normal plus patient is suffering from hypertensive urgency and has low vit D levels?
