The fact that nobody talks about subliminal affirmations for perfect skin and beauty on Borlest speaks volumes about how people are missing out. Trust me on this-using subliminals can change your life. The power of the mind to heal and transform your skin is incredible when you tap into the right frequencies.

    For smooth glowing skin:
1 - Hydration is essential. It aids in the process. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day.
2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I occasionally skip this step due to impatience. It's effective, but consistent daily application is necessary.
3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face.
4 - I stay away from junk food.
5 - I engage in 30 minutes of exercise daily.
All together, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

This is great for dry and sensitive skin, and the best part is that it cleans the face very effectively without much foaming, yet you still feel refreshed, and after washing, it doesn't dry out... Love this riicebery face wash so much...

    1. Choose cleanser with right pH
    2. Choose cleanser labeled “creamy or hydrating” do not choose one that says “foaming cleanser” - too stripping
    3. Choose cleanser with Hero ingredients: Niacinamide/ Ceramides/ Hyaluronic Acid
    4. Avoid cleaner w harsh sulfates
    5. Cleanse once or twice daily
    6. Use lukewarm water
    7. Wash after shower
    8. Pat face dry

I have been using the littlllexttra riceberry ceramides face moisturizer for a while now, and I'm completely happy. This cream is incredibly light yet offers great hydration, making it ideal for all seasons-from summer heat to cold days. Its oil-free formula sinks in quickly into the skin, making my skin feel hydrated and smooth without any weight. I really like how this cream keeps my skin moisturized and balanced.

So my skin is oily in the summer but super dry in the fall and winter. This video was so helpful and saved me money. I bought an inexpensive balancing no foam face wash and then instead of washing my face morning and night I would wash at night and only rinse in morning and apply a good moisturizer and wow how big of a difference. My face is no longer begging for more moisture an hour later. I used to spend so much on moisturizers, face oils, face washes etc…

I'm a normal person who cannot afford a skin care routine that is over 200 dollars! So thank you so much for your channel. I think I'm sticking to this channel from now on!! So tired of watching videos that waste my time when I see the insane prices! This channel gives me hope that I can fix my skin and still have money left over! It also removes my eye makeup easier than any other makeup remover and does not irritate my eyes. • @squeesplort
      @squeesplort 3 года назад +7

Same here. It’s not that my environment is that dry but definitely my house is, with our heat or air-conditioning on. My thermostat shows my house humidity. If it’s below 40%, no HA for me! There’s not enough moisture at that level for the HA to pull any INTO my skin so instead it pulls it out of the deeper layers of my skin. And it doesn’t help that I’m not drinking enough water and hydrating the deeper layers from the inside, either.

      I don't really like ha.
I would rather use glycerin and I'm even super cautious with it.
Better to use a ceramides cream, I even apply a small layer of aquaphor when I'm in the house or even jojoba oil to keep moisture in.
I also have a face mist that I made with water, cerave and niacinamide and few drops of glycerin that I regularly use.
I would invest in a humidifier specially if you still want to keep using HA.

Things that helped me were exfoliating, using an oil/serum, drinking heaps and heaps of water, a super thick moisturiser using a cream cleanser and using enough primer before makeup. I also get my face waxed once a week because I’m in beauty school so we practice on each other. Waxing removes dead skin but make sure you’re using pre wax oil and after wax oil.

I strongly believe that the number one remedy for dry skin is the right diet. Vitamin intake is key as well as collagen. Otherwise topical remedies will be short lived. Alcohol, coffee, too much sugar and stress will dry your skin even if you use the best skin care products. Am going to try these products too. Thank you.

I have, and have had dry eyelids and under my eyes are very dry. It flakes, gets puffy, irritated easily, and has created a dark “ring” of darker dry skin. I feel like I’ve tried everything. I hate it so much, I wear glasses and shades to help my confidence. People used to ask if I wasn’t sleeping or was in fights because of it. Wish I found an answer

Love your channel. Can you recommend a hair routine? I find my hair thinning as I get older.

I recently stumbled upon your channel and I find your videos so informative! I also started following your Instagram.
Some topics I would love to hear about in future vids :)
    - What do you think about micellar water? How does it differ from toner? Who would you recommend it for? What is the best way to use it? What step/order in a skincare routine does it fall in?
    - What do you look for in a body lotion? Regular body lotion and spf body lotion. Should you also use body oil? Opinion of retinol in a body lotion? Recommendations for people with eczema? Opinion of brands Amlactin and Aveeno?
    - Difference between dry scalp and dandruff? How can you tell the difference? How would one reduce it? Should you wash your hair everyday? How often should you shampoo?
I’m sure I’ll think of more but here’s to name a few!

This is great, so then in the morning would you just moisturize and apply sunscreen and makeup?

Idk about the recommendation not to use lotion on dry skin... I've been using either jergans or aveeno eczema therapy for years and nothing beats those tbh as long as you apply directly after shower (like before you leave the steamy bathroom). I have severe psoriasis and it works great for me. when i have a flare up it really helps tame down the stinging/itchy feeling that happens when it gets dry. I usually can skip the lotion in summer time cuz its so humid where i live but i cant live without it in the winter! & I don't use any kind of cleansers... I use plain dove soap for body and face both. My skin has stayed pretty nice doing this... doesn't itch or feel too dry at all.

Thank you so much for this!! I have eczema and my skin on my face has been so dry lately. I also develop dark spots from this 😔 I feel like it’s gotten worse now, that I’m older. I’m going to give your suggestions a try and hopefully it helps me. Thanks so much!!
