What an amazing garage to store the previous cars, the leather sofa looks right as well. Always fascinated of the process to integrate all the new concepts and components together to make a F1 car. James Allison does a wonderful explanation.

James Allison’s passion for these machines is why I’m a Mercedes fan. Couldn’t care less about Lewis or Valterri, hell Schumi was my all time favorite and I didn’t care much for M-AMGF1 in those years. But when we started getting to hear the joy and excitement that James has for these cars and this sport, it made me realize that the Italians with the red cars aren’t the only ones passionate about their machines.
When you hear this guy talk... and see some images of Toto, and Lewis doing his thing... you realise in 2019 we are in for the same. I think our only hope of a change is if some Japanese engineers in Sakura, Japan, sort their engine out. Although if it's the same again, congrats Mercedes. What a team.
Before a Mercedes fan I was a Hamilton fan. I never thought a team that wasn't up to the mark at that time considering Red Bull and McLaren and even Williams but the sheer passion and love for this sport and always excel in advancing the sports has made This team a dream come true. What a brilliant job you guys have done. Even after Lewis retires I'll be forever a Mercedes fan♥️♥️.

Aldo is now in an advisory role, was lead engineer. All these guys are legends. With numerous championships under their belts. Isn't really a surprise they've dominated.

Just because he likes to post pictures of him with Bieber and the Kardashians doesn't mean he doesn't work his butt off behind the scenes to help his team build a better car. You don't get paid £40M a year just to turn up on race weekends and drive around.
These are the people that make winning car, not drivers. F1 is about engineering a car, not about drivers. Put bad driver into great car he can win championship. Put good driver into bad car - he can't do anything. Alonso in McLaren is great example.

Every time I see a front wing or end plate or anything damaged, I think of the people that made it and how much it must make them cringe! You all do a phenomenal job.
