How can you even dislike this
It was probably Cyrus
tmw no haves time lord
@@arcturus8329 and the rest of team galactic
Team galactic disliked it
It's just the Australians. It's not their fault though
One of the best theme in the franchise ever
This bout to bring back hella emotions in the remake.
r.i.p. to the people who only heard the first five seconds of this gem because of shiny hunting
Or 20 seconds because they caught the Dialga/Palkia first turn
1:41 it's sounds like something magnificent is gonna happen
1:57 and something magnificent did happen
This entire song is just nostalgic now I can’t wait to hear this in Brilliant diamond and Shining pearl to relive my days as a kid all over again. 😌
no matter if they screw up the game, I'm sure the music will be worth it.
@@angrypicture6155 Well they _did_ screw it, literally screws it _down_ by squashing everyboard into hideous chibis!
But the Great music is largely preserved, unlike as it wasn't in other 'remakes' like Links Awakening.
@@netweed09 to be honest, I can't stand like 80% of the remakes themes, 18% we're ok, but had so little unique about them that I already forgot how they sound and the last 2% we're actually better (like arceus battle theme). This was such a disappointment... The only things I'm gonna remember the remakes for are the spectacular gliches. Nothing else.
@@angrypicture6155 Ikr? Well put. I'm not sure how they went from the low of BDSP to Legends Arceus but only Gamefreak can pull of something like this maybe with the way their company is so arcane and traditionist. You might have seen the viral ''what BDSP should have looked like'' video with the guy Modding the Sword and Shield engine. I just cannot understand why they didn't do that - the budget and effort would still be minimal for their studios (ILLCA, I think it was).
@@netweed09 it would have been amazing, that trailer is incredible. And about legends arceus, I kinda think of it as the actual remake, this is what bdsp should have been like. (also, idk if you know dragon quest, but their pokemon-like spinoff "dragon quest monster joker 2" did so many things better then all 3d titles up until legends and I don't know why. Kinda sad tbh.)
Years back someone straight up used this as an intro for a video about Subways in Germany Lol and kek!!!!!
I just really like the start of it a lot with just the piano. I don’t like how the remastered sounds higher pitched
He viajado en el tiempo solo para volver a escuchar esta obra maestra
Amazing song my favourite out of all of them so far
So in gen 1, we had rare birbs and an experiment gone wrong. Alright. In gen 2 we have the more godlike pokemon, guardian of the sea and a sacred birb said to bestow eternal joy, as well as the beasts said birb created by resurrecting them. Okay. In gen 3 we have way more threat, in two primordial monsters that shaped the land and sea, as well as the divine dragon keeping them in check. We also have a pair of dragons, who brother and sister, and a trio of golems. Now, we have a trio of ASPECTS OF THE UNIVERSE ITSELF alongside the embodiments of spirit, formed by Willpower, Knowledge, and Emotion, as well as a lava monster, a titan that can tow continents, the bringer of good and bad dreams, a hedgehog thing and the CREATOR OF ALL. Jesus, that was a big jump.
And on Gen 5, we get, Like 2 Dragons who are Truth and Ideals, cool, One Dragon that used to be a Big Fusion with 4 Types of the 2 Previous Dragon, Cool, 4 Horses who have Swords....Ok, 3 Identical Pokemon that control Weather (A Way Weaker version of Kyogre,Groudon and Rayquaza)...... Yeah gen 5 in question of Legendarys was a Step Back
@@kirbyfazendoummoonwalk9214 then we have 2 good bois in Gen 8
@@luizbezerra4373 Hey, you forgot the gods of Life and Death in Gen 6 as well as the God of Order that restrains them both. Then in Gen 7 we have the beings of the two celestial bodies, the god of all light itself, and some alien beings.
This song gives off the
Everything been building up to this moment vibe
Gen 4 always seemed like it should've been the final entry in the mainline games to me. After revealing the gods of the verse, everything else just felt kind of lackluster. They should never have made these mons catchable. Newer legendaries would still feel special. They're supposed to be legends among legends.
Imagine sitting in the studio and looking around at each other……WE GOT IT!
imagine this being made in a studio lol
How have I not yet realized that Dialga starts with D for Diamond and Palkia starts with P for Pearl?!?!?
Lol. Ngl, you're definitely behind if you didn't notice that way back when.
But not Giratina :(
@@MariOmor1 If Giratina was then it would have been “Plaratina”
@@MariOmor1 Grisceous orb
it's named after it's orb but each of them has their element on their bodies.
Cuz you’re really I mean really slow
Probably my most-listened theme from the Sinnoh games. Can't wait to hear it anew in BDSP later this year.
Little do you know we have a whole new generation rn
00:00 - 00:05 The screen zooms out and distorted as the encounter effect
00:06 battle screen opens up
They timed it perfectly too
They knew what they were doing lol
I can’t help but sing “HEY! HO! LET’S GO!” when that intro comes on.
1:57 *DIALGA used roar of time!*
It really feels like you are facing a god
This sounds like you are actually battling a powerful being
Now this is REAL boss battle music
This is a underrated theme
Can't wait to have this remastered in the remake 😜. Exciting to think about how may it sound on superior Switch hardware (when compared to the tiny DS speakers) 😁
Same, I never played DPP so I'm looking forward to the remakes
I'm ready for them to potentially butcher this theme, as well as the game as a whole.
@@Kimairan lol xd
the limitations of the ds made this one sound better to me imo
Any poketuber starting playing a randomizer then the screen start movin all crazy and this music started playing there reaction YES YES 😂😂😂
Hearing this theme when battling Dialga in Ultra Sun after encountering it in an Ultra Wormhole was so satisfying
WAY better than the new one in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
h-how?
actually
how
I have yet to play BdSp, but I can tell you it probably doesn’t top the legends arceus version
This song sounds so cool in the game and in smash which I love and I can’t wait to see how it sounds in the remake
0:14 Sounds like the kyogre and Groudon theme
Call me biased, but out of all legendary themes, i really feel like you're fighting a god to this.
Hope the remake does this song justice
Gen 1: clone made in a lab
Gen 2: sky and sea birds
Gen 3: creators of the land and sea
Gen 4: time and space gods
Gen 5: symbolism
Gen 6: life and death
Gen 7: sun and moon aliens
Gen 8: 2 doggos
i was screaming when i first caught palkia in 2008 summer, it will always be my favorite legendary theme
I just came up with a theory on why Palkia and Dialga have the gems where they are
Palkia has the Pearl on its arm to power it and allows it to tear through space and manipulate it
Dialga has the diamond on its chest to power its already powerful roar and change time
This feels more like the actual design choice than a theory
Well pointed though
Damn, that makes sense
i love how this theme starts out normal, but proceeds to be kind of disturbed and undetermined
