Nostalgic Pokemon Music, but it's generation 4 (Sinnoh)
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 9 июл 2024
- The newest series on my channel goes into the next round, as you can expect, the other generations will be featured in future playlists.
But for now enjoy the pure buty of Sinnoh, the Pokemon generation that I (as long as I can remember) would consider as my first ever contact to Pokemon in my life. That's why most of the Ost's hit really hard and I think that many can relate to that. So sit back and relax, or whatever you doin while listening to chilled Sinnoh Ost's, that make you reminisce about past times!
Huge love to all supporters and subscribers, I can't believe that we almost hit 1k subs in not even one year. fr unimaginable
This channel startet just because I wanted to create a playlist with all my favorite Pokemon tracks of all time and then suddenly it completely blew off, what kept me motivated to give RUclips a try!
Love y'all and remember that time is limited boys n girls! ~ Supprex
Next weekend there will be another experimental type video... gone be crazy!

Nostalgia is the best kind of pain.
❤❤
Yeah it can be a blessing and a curse 😢
Its a holy kind of pain
soothing, at the end of it
it hurts so much, yet it feels so good
gen 4 was my brothers favorite gen and I will never forget me being a kid and going to the top bunk of the bed and watching him play diamond. THANK YOU!!!
Same, fam, same 🥹🥰🥰.
H I M
💯
Ouch my heart 😭
If your brother were to read this I'm sure he'd tear up..
If I could ever have a wish granted by a magical being, it would be to get me back to when I was a 10 year old playing Pokemon and having absolutely no other worries on my mind other than what Pokemon to add to my party...
Yep, training them whole summer to battle friends when school opens 😊
you could just wish to be hanging with pokemon irl
Hoenn is adventurous, catastrophic and competitive. Unova is mysterious and both modern and ancestral. But Sinnoh is *serene*, spatial and powerful. Arceus bless you.
Arceus is a human thing. Arceus cannot do good or bad. Arceus remaint silent forever.
@@SalutIciRobert what's your point?
What was johto and kanto ?
absolutely nailed it
Why?
9:14 is the music you didn’t know you missed until you hear it again. What a time, what a life. We always wonder about who we will become but I wonder if the kid that used to play Pokémon all day long is proud of what I’ve become.
you dont need to hit me in the feels like that
Eterna City man. Takes me back to the times of being in elementary school, finishing up my homework, and then finding the time to play on my DS. The greatest of times, if only we could go back.
i remember i had this song in mind for at least a decade, then i went on a deep nostalgic dive into pokemon song to find it again. One of the best songs in videogames!
My god, that music put a smile on my face. I absolutely don’t remember in what place or occasion it is, but all the musics for gen 4 was superb!
The first few notes of this song playing on repeat as I switched between routes trying to catch the traveling legendaries
Gen 4 was my first exposure to pokemon, at that time, everything was strange and interesting. For me, those days were very precious
Great comment
Yea, nowadays there's just too much, the new Pokemon have increasingly silly names & looks and everything has become one big anime. Miss the good ol' days. *
The atmosphere of Sinnoh is so incredible, it's what best represents the word "nostalgia" in video games terms in my eyes.
15:00 eterna forest is the best heartwarming thing I had
15:57 is my favourite part
i read this comment first right when i started up the video, pressed the timestamp... and it made me tear up... i miss my childhood
Same 😭😭😭😇
Eterna Forest is heart warming to you? For me it has a very mysterious feeling to it. That there is something here that isn't quite ordinary.
@@Spika94 yes... because the title is nostalgic pokemon music
Whatever Gen might be your all-time favorite, Pokémon music as a whole always comes out on top for each of 'em.
Reading these comments is moving me to tears. And the Professor Rowan theme will always make my heart soar.
No matter how many other things I find myself getting deeply deeply into, I always come back to the Pokémon gen 3 and gen 4 games. Those ten cartridges feel like home.
Life is not like it was when we were kids, but it doesn’t mean is not beautiful anymore… a lot of good things are ahead of us waiting, lets keep going guys for us, for who we were and for who we will be :)
24 now and this music makes me feel like im living the golden days. god i love pokemon so much.
It's so interesting how much this takes me back. I remember playing these games when I was around 7 or 8 years old in my old neighborhood with the other kids... we could just sit next to each other with our DS systems and play our own game all day, talking about it, our newest catch, what gym leader we were battling. Then Black and White came out and we all got them on release day and played nonstop. It was just so simple, playing Pokemon games with childhood friends after school until dinner time. Is it bad that I'm tearing up at the memory?
I'm 20 years old now. I'm studying music, and just recently won a position with a professional orchestra, and have been teaching quite a bit as well. I went through a suicidal bit during quarantine. A girl I was dating for two years broke up with me a couple months ago. My parents are old and frankly don't have much time left with them. Life has been good to me, but it's also overwhelming at times. It's so oddly relaxing yet simultaneously emotional to sit here and listen to this, reminiscing of simpler times where the only thing going on in my life was whatever new Pokemon I caught so I could flex on my friends lol.
I moved away from that neighborhood when I was about ten years old. I don't hear from those old friends much. I wonder how they're doing...
Wow. So relatable
wheres pokemon

i'm glad you're still here
@@frogboy831 thank you. even from a stranger on the internet, that means a lot.
i can relate to a lot of what you said in your comment. simpler times, when everything wasnt so serious and so overwhelming. ive found myself going back to these nostalgia pokemon music compilations as a calming comforting way of saying that life doesnt need to be as serious as ive been taking it. as someone else said in the replies, im also glad youre still here. ive lost friends and family along the way and am glad to still be here as well, able to reminise and enjoy life even when its difficult to do so :)
The music of DPPt really helped make Sinnoh feel like a real region. Quiet coziness early on, evolving into immense grandure as you complete your journey.
I started with Kanto and put the most hours into Hoenn but Sinnoh will always feel like home to me
I share this 100%
I won't lie, my childhood was shit but playing platinum really helped me hold it together, even thought i don't remember much of the game. Somehow I still remember the music perfectly.
I still have the cartridge, with my 600 hour save file intact. It was my whole introduction to pokemon too. lol
Same to the first part. Most of my childhood memories are just my brother and I playing Pokemon together. I guess I blacked everything else out. Oh well, I mostly just remember the good stuff anyway. I was a dumb kid so I just restarted my save files whenever I got bored/tired of them.
Glad you’re still here and glad this game comforted you! 💖
Nostalgia is the best kind of pain !
26:31 this song hits different when you're getting hit with 100+ cm of snow
My Pokemon journey was a complete accident. My grandma found a copy of Pokemon Pearl on the ground of the Cincinnati Zoo, and without knowing much about DS games she mailed it to me (states away) in 4th ish grade. I would play what I could at home and the boys in my class would take home my cartridge and help me beat parts I couldn't figure out :) I had only ever seen Pokemon cards before and did not know much about it at all, and from then on I was hooked, I got every game preordered. Pokemon has become such a huge part of my life and soul and the music is so deeply calming and it brings me back to much simpler times. I'm in my mid 20's going through college now, and this mix has been keeping me afloat. It's the best! Keep up the amazing work Supprex
I love that.
Awesome story, consider playing dp or platinum if you can :)
Great story. Did u play any more pokemon games?
Mine was coincidental too. When I was 6 I met this french kid on a train in Germany. He saw me playing this avatar the last airbender game on my DS, came over to me and my mom, and fished out his own DS to show me this new banger of a game called Pokemon Diamond. I was extremely intrigued by the design and world of this game, and he loved avatar, so we ended up trading cartridges. To this day I have this french kids Diamond cartridge with 2000+ hours of my own time +200 hours of his. I wonder if he still has mine.
i got into pokemon from a mcdonalds toy. when i was in like 3rd or 4th grade they had the black and white toys and i got a zorua toy in my happy meal. i was intrigued by the cool design, and later by total coincidence my aunt surprised me with a loose cartridge of soulsilver she got from a garage sale. Things were not the same from that point on
Will never forget sharing gen 4 with my older brother. He got Diamond, I got Pearl. He never really got into Pokemon like me, so I'm sure it's just a distant memory for him. But I'll never forget those times.
Yeah
Literally have the same exact memory haha
Man, same here. My older brother and I always got the opposite versions, except Platinum. I believe it was the first game we each had, but I was too young to remember much. To this day, I can't remember if my first game was Platinum or Black, but I love both so much. Some of my best memories from my childhood are just my brother and I battling each other or playing together, mostly in Heart Gold and Soul Silver
@@Keydickenman sameeeeee. i’ll forever cherish those days
Whenever i listen to these tracks, its probably the closest thing to a time machine. Takes me back to 2007 2008 as a 6th and 7th grader....gen 4 is my favorite when it comes to the soundtracks. I just find it crazy how certain sounds and tracks takes me back to a place 17 years ago. Thanks for this. So many gems gen 4.
Missed the days when I played the gen 4 games after I come home from school.
26:30 man...
Ill never forget this day from my childhood.
I was supposed to have a football game this day, but my mom told me it got cancelled due to snow.
5 min later me drinking happily my chocolate drink, I enter Route 216 and hear this banger...
Genuinely magical. To be back in such cosy times just for one day…
i have a memory with that song, me catching my first snover and sneasel a day classes were canceled
Snow football game?
Almost made me cry ngl...
ah,,, now you're reminding me how i used to walk to my boyfriend's house trudging through the snow with this song on, and then we went and played platinum together and made it to this exact part. i was showing them for the first time >:D
Listening to this music fills me with a profound melancholic sadness. There will never be a pokemon generation quite like Gen 4 ever again, but man am I glad I was there to experience it when I was a kid.
for me this is the most nostalgic music of the universe. recall a lot of good moments and even bad moments, but feels so warm in the canva of the memories
All because of one lady, Hitomi Sato.
In my opinion the best tunes will always be in Sinnoh, it was the first Pokemon game I have ever played, there's something about it that makes me very happy every time I listen it to
Reviewing for my midterm exams, currently, I am a 3rd yr Medical Technologist student and the last time I listened to this was when I was still in highschool and also when I was grade 4 in elementary level. Nothing but just pure golden memories and emotions the Pokemon company has given me.
I only started playing Gen 4 in 2016 cause I was so attached to Gen 2. I really missed out so much, but I'm so glad I got to play it eventually. I still am playing Renegade Platinum on my phone and the game's novelty is still fresh and intact. :)
That Twinleaf Town theme make me want to comeback from my childhood. It was nice to see hear these themes again. Thank you.
Currently sobbing I never knew how much job Heart home City (Night) brought me until rn. I was doing my college math hw (ew) and the tune came into my head. I hunted yt violently for this song and it brought so much joy to hear again for the first time in what may very well be 14 years. (,: thank you
holy fucking shit my heart is crying :((( me when i was 14 would have fucking never thought i’d be bawling my eyes out at 26, everything is so nostalgic, even the ones ive forgotten. those who composed these music have no business being this BUSSIN
The route songs are so well made. I feel like those were the ones I heard the most because I was always exploring them trying to battle everybody and find secrets
Dude, you picked all the tunes that really captured the essence of gen 4. This is a great playlist, and good choice on your part.
I’ve played gold, sapphire, leaf green, but man when I played diamond with my brother for the first time it was amazing. We took our ds everywhere we went because we were just so intrigued by the new maps, new Pokémon, new music, everything about it was sensational. Easily one of the best games made. Will forever miss those times as a kid, I hope my daughter will grow up and have a Pokémon game that has a lasting impact like it did with us.
hopefully...its sad what the pokemon franchise has turned into.. luckity theres plenty of great fan made stuff thatts extremely high quality
I've really loved the progression from 8bit music to THIS. It's just incredible to hear
No matter how far I drift into the boundless future, hearing these melodies will never fail to bring me back to those days. In an instant, I recall the sights, smells, and sounds of my youth. I will remain eternally grateful for this franchise and all that it has done.
Same brother. Nostalgia is that kind of “pain”
13:21 This track always takes me back to 2009, staying up late, trying to shiny hunt. Immediately closing my DS when i hear parents walk by my room. I sometimes would fall asleep while listening to it.
This made me realize how much I miss Sinnoh. It was a great gen, truly. And that's not the Nostalgia talking. Platinum was one of the best games I've ever played. That was it for me. Besides the fact that the E4 and champion were extremely difficult.
I still remember the end of spring days, coming home from elementary school, going straight to my room, jumping on my bed with the warm afternoon sun shining on it, and booting up my DSi to play some Pokémon Platinum that my neighbor gave to me. Simpler times 😢
This gives me an insane amount of nostalgia. Great playlist.
Pokemon OSTs are worth listening to no matter what gen you started. I discovered pokemon when I was about to enter preschool in 2001 thanks to the anime and gameboy releases, but I got hooked with Pearl around in 2008 when I had my first DS as a gift. I remembered looking forward finishing classes to go home and cook more poffins to my buddy empoleon. Now as a tired adult in twenties, I am glad to listen to these nostalgic pieces that give me a sense of peace from daily struggles. I just imagined my pokemon buddies were cheering by my side to never give up during these hard times.
all these songs remind me of when I realized I needed to get my act together and be the man everyone already expected me to be, these songs remind me of how my inner child succumbed to social guillotine and I had to butcher that young boy to become the man that I am right now, focused and collected, mindful of others and respectful.
back then, I was going through a break up, the most important breakup of my life and these songs soften me up and caressed my soul long enough for me to endure the pain of going through something as traumatic as the break up of a loved one.
I dont miss those times, I miss myself been so innocent and free of the pains life has put me through, this is what nostalgia represents for me.
Brings me back to when my older sister and I would play... We would each get different versions of the game(which worked out because we'd always play our favorite.) Diamond and Pearl underground was one of our favorite things to do! Miss these days
Ds시절 게임들을 보면 어릴적 그 순간의 장소와 사람들, 분위기와 감정들이 떠올라 뭔가 슬퍼져요😢
I started with the originals, and loved gen 2 a lot, yet somehow I am most nostalgic about my time playing Platinum. There was something special about it... and the music is so lovely.
I love Platinum so much. I specifically remember the one time I stayed up later than I should have/woke up in the middle of the night just to evolve my nighttime friendship evolution Pokemon (Crobat, Chimecho). Dunno why I remember that specifically since I've played the games so much, but I just remember that I guess
Listening to this at work is a vibe
I can never unsee that single pixel of missing ground at the top left. And now you can't too
9:44 shit bro i wanna go back to these days, just bein an 8 yr old kid that only needs to play with pokemon and don't care about life problems
Pokemon D,P & Pl THANK U ❤️
OMG GEN 4 IS MY FAV POKEMON GEN
I GREW UP WITH POKEMON PLATINUM AND I WANNA BE YOUNG AGAIN 😭😭😭
Oh SInnoh, the safe haven of my childhood :o
home
Thanks for the playlists bro
nostalgia! thank u so much for the upload
Thanks for this upload! For me no other soundtrack can ever capture so much emotion 💙
Man I remember back in 2009 school was out one weekday and both my parents had to work so they had me stay at a neighborhood parent’s house. I played Pokémon platinum from gym 3 to victory road from the morning I was dropped off till evening. I still remember myself on that couch playing 15 years in the future 🖤
I had this Pokemon song stuck in my head all day. I couldn’t remember the song or which Pokemon game it was from. So I listened to all these tracks all over RUclips and watched tons of videos carefully listening to the tracks. I found it finally on your video. It was _Pokemon League (Night)_ at 38:54. Thank you.
Galactic takeover just never fails to amaze me. It’s my favorite song in Sinnoh
I miss a time in which I wasnt too happy. I was just a lonely kid with no friends with a nintendo ds crying when I got excluded by my classmates. But looking back and relistening to these songs, I feel so sad that time passed. Is that how nostalgia works?
a couple seconds in: my eyes lose focus and my brain goes numb as a tidal wave of nostalgia washes over me
literally crying inside as i have my childhood flash through my head
I want to go back to this time. I wish I'd known how good it was. It hurts.
Love the concept!
Wasn't my first pokemon game, but it was the first one I was old enough to be appreciative of -! Love having this music on almost weekly now in the background, thank you!
They just don't make them like this anymore
You mean...with Love🥲
Thank you for this nostalgia trip. Sinnoh is the best region fight me and also Diamond was my second pokemon game I played. Later I got Platinum and played the living crap out of it. Good times, I was humming along to all these master pieces, great selection!
this makes my day. thanks🎧
Pokemon just isnt the same for me anymore, I wish I could go back to gen 4/5 and experience it all again exactly how I did the first time
Thank you for uploading
The fact that this had to end made everyone of us appreciate this songs more today.
An eternal cicle of adults with kids who who will also create their memories, but this time we are the older ones.
Its crazy to think how great gen 4 was
wtf I've had tears in my eyes 4 times how tf does that happen
man gen 4 is weirdly special to me. Thanks for the compilation
i was born in 2008, but am lucky to enough to have an older brother who let me use his DS when i was a small child and i played pokemon diamond on it. Didnt know how to play but i enjoyed the music and just running around the starting area. I still have the same DS and pokemon game case and card and im replaying it right now, and now im old enough to actually understand how to play XD
Dude, these themes move me to my childhood. 😌
could not have come at a better time. Thank you so much for this!
This sends me back to the nights I’d be playing this late into the night while hiding under my covers and pretending to be asleep whenever my mom came in to check up on me. Easier times. Pokemon still brings me the same comfort, even nearly 15 years later. Even before gen 4, Pokemon was in my life- since the day I was born quite literally. But this was the first generation where the game wasn’t a handed down and already-played copy from an older gen- this was the first one that was mine. I don’t remember much about my team since that DS was lost many years ago, but I hope Bubbles the Empoleon and my Swellow that I’ve forgotten the name of are both doing well wherever they may be.
Thanks for uploading this playlist, you are carrying me through my internship, I have some days where I just hate the thought of being there but this playlist helps me pass the time. I hope you know there are people like me who appreciate this like crazy.
Still going strong, 1 month left!
perfect vid / music
i just want to go back to those days
route 209 is great. i can't really recall any other route music that's as memorable.
best soundtrack in the entire series period
I love It!!♥️
Starting with Canalave City was pretty heavy-handed, lol.
Gen 4 is the best generation of Pokemon. Pokédex was at an all time best with new evolutions of old gen Pokémon and the whole Sinnoh region felt like a grand adventure. Gen 4 has the best music as well.
Lake theme GOATED
Estos soundtrack me recuerdan cuando jugaba en mi ds en pokemon perla, cuando eran altas horas de la noche, pero de igual manera siempre me gusto el ambiente tan pacifico que tenia
I got diamond one Christmas morning god how I wish to be taken back to this time.
this video gonna reach 1M views for sure
man the pokemon league night theme does it for me
17:30 is so Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. I love it
This game is the reason I met my childhood best friend of over 13 years now. Really holds a special place in my heart.
W playlist !!! keep it up fam
I am now 20 years old and haven't played platinum wich was my first ever ds game in like 9 years but I'm still wondering what these japanese fckrs where smoking when they came up with these bangers
Dude the bass and overall songs go so fucking hard. I need to smoke what ever za they were on
stardust
Gen 4 wasn't the first pokemon games i played but they were the first pokemon games that I beat by myself without having to rely on anyone else for help
Nostálgic músic Will always bring back memorys off My Childhood
Ive been a huge Pokénerd since I was a kid. Had lots of trading cards and plushies lol. Pokémon Platnium was the first Pokémon game I'd played when I was 8 years old. Sinoh will always have a very, very special place in my heart 🥰
This was my first Pokémon, like I started to like Pokémon when this game came out. 👌🏼❤️ I was 10 years old and played this 24/7 on my NDS. 😢
Still crazy to imagine this music being "nostalgic". I've been playing pokemon since I was a toddler, and the gen 4 games feel so recent still. I remember booting up my copy of pokemon diamond at my old house, when my little sister was a baby, my dad worked a completely different job, and I had just started middle school.
Now my sister is an adult, my mom's old company dissolved and she started her own business, my dad got promoted to a VP position at his company, and I've been a high school teacher for several years, but I'm currently studying to transition to tech.
Crazy how so much has changed, but these games still feel so new.
Canalave Theme is one of the best in the entire series.
Honestly made me cry.
thank you :D
