Love the key switch to B major. I don't know why, but I just think it works really well, especially when I'm used to hearing it in C. That's just a small part of why this is so awesome though. It kinda seems like it could be a theme for their primals. It captures the elegant yet terrifying nature of this fight perfectly!

Does the level 70 make it harder because they kill your Pokemon faster? Catch rate isn't affected by level so it shouldn't be harder to catch them than Diamond/Pearl.
too bad their catch rate was relatively high, so even though they have one of the longest themes you usually don´t hear it for that long awesome Arrangement by the way
Definitely much better than the standard battle theme, sounds great. However I still don’t think the theme really works for dialga/palkia. While this definitely enhances the original theme, I would LOVE to see an original theme for the two (separate one for each, like lugia/ho-oh). Their themes really should sound much more epic and a bit darker/less childish. There’s so much that can be done with these themes, like messing with time in Dialga’s theme by reversing, speeding up, slowing down, etc like we see in some Unova themes, or by affecting ‘space’ in Palkia’s theme, using perhaps echos or increasing and decreasing volume/intensity. The Sinnoh legendaries have, for the most part, always been portrayed as the most “legendary” group in the series, but none of their themes really reflect that status. Arceus really should have the best theme in Pokémon but its theme isn’t even B tier for me.
Pokémon Main series Battle Themes are not the most creative ones when it comes to Legendary Thematics. If you want to hear something very different of these 2, hear Dialga's Fight to finish and Palkia's Onslaught from PMD. This is an arrangement for the original themes, not a brand new theme.
