When Cyrus attempted to pull off the impossible in Platinum, Giratina intervened and made reality face an existential crisis. Here, it breaks after preventing either Dialga or Palkia from becoming fully frenzied. Unfortunately, when said Legendary after being caught by you, communicates to your chosen Clan Leader and warns them about the other one's incoming arrival and fully frenzied state does everything go grim. Even Kamado's response paints the situation as dire, he's horrified that there's yet ANOTHER 'Almighty Sinnoh' out there and it's coming to their location and he talks about how bleak everything is due to the Red Chain having broken apart. He goes as far as to state that the Protagonist 'barely' survived catching the 'Almighty Sinnoh' that previously was present and that fighting the other one immediately back-to-back is reckless and suicidal and he commands everyone present to evacuate back to Summit Camp, calling Irida/Adaman (the one you didn't pick) 'dunce' for not wanting to leave their 'Almighty Sinnoh' all frenzied and demanding the Protagonist to retreat.

@ When Giratina in a huge fit of rage, attempted to stop Cyrus' plan in Platinum, it created a dimensional rift that connected the Reverse World/Distortion World to the real world in the process and it didn't close that rift after dragging Cyrus back with it as you can tell that the pillars are distorted after the scene. Had Giratina not been stopped/caught, the result of the Distortion World spreading to the real world would have destroyed both realms completely as the balance between the two would have been very disastrous.
I just love how even for Gods like Dialga and Palkia, the theme doesn’t need to be so intense with multiple instruments. It’s very calm, but in a way feels intense like the world is still on the line.
I think its the absurd calmness of the music that makes this so eerie, its sending the message, "the face of the Almighty Sinnoh appears to test your strength"
I love that Dialga and Palkia are both treated as proper gods in this game rather than just very powerful wild animals like they are in gen 4 and it's remakes
I'd say they are treated like God's in the gen 4 games to a lesser extent then arceus but after gen 4 ya they treated just as power house wild animals.

I'd think it might be because of the time difference and spacial evolution humanity has gone through between ancient and current Sinnoh ( Pun intended ) I'd like to believe ancient Sinnoh was a time were people were heavy worshippers of God and we're blinded by power and the authority of God, and wish to become one whereas in current Sinnoh, some people understand pokemon and their feelings and do their best to save it despite the godly authority while some others while also ignoring said godly authority, fond themselves ignoring the pokemon itself and the world in order to fulfill their wishes, Or in simpler terms, current Sinnoh is like humanity today, whereas ancient Sinnoh is like ancient mythology humanity
It does reflect how comfortable and almost dismissive people have gotten to the dangers of catching pokemon so casually. Technology and research has made them less afraid.
I love how this remix is slightly slowed down to feel more ominous and intimidating, but i also really like how if you play it at 1.25x speed it sounds almost the same as the original (speed wise)

That’s because Dialga and Palkia are lore-wise some of the strongest beings in the entire universe. They are literally gods. They uphold the entire fabric of the universe through controlling time and space, and Giratina (who’s technically stronger than both of them) functions by upholding their equal and opposite force. Arceus is God with a capital G, and these guys are gods

Every time I see this Palkia art, I feel like I am looking at Mars. I always felt like the commanders were modeled after the trio, in terms of their hair at least. I'm also certain that their ace pokemon were, for some reason, mixed up among them at some point...

The change of director has truly rejuvenated this game in such an outstanding way. I hope they continue this route moving forward, as its obvious that this game was missing passion.
This is probably my favorite version of this theme; it stays pretty true to the original, but it makes Dialga and Palkia feel so much more godly. The main legendaries of Sinnoh were done so well in this game.
This theme evokes awe and wonder, origin form fight evokes panic and desperation. In this fight, everyone believes this to be the saving fight, but then when the frenzied one appears, the cast panics at the second appearance. I like how the music ties into the general mood of the plot
I love this remix's change in tempo/speed. It gives you the feeling that you're going up against a kaiju that played a part in creating the universe as we know it.
They should have. Especially compared to the really good music remakes OR/AS and LGP/LGE had, I was a little saddened that the BD/SP soundtrack wasn't as good remix wise. There were some I liked, but it felt kinda weak?
I really hope for a gen 5 remake to touch more on base for all 3 dragons as one dragon, would make sense for the ancient times such as Arceus, and for that I would be so happy to see again.
Legends is a breath of fresh air, so I’d love to see it become a series that tells the lore only hinted at in the base games. Here’s a few ideas I’ve had thanks to this game. What about a story of the protagonists searching for Ho-Oh, and they happen upon Lugia and Entei, Suicune, and Raikou on their quest? Pokémon Legends: Ho-Oh. Why not bring back Primals and show us how catastrophic Kyogre and Groudon’s battle was, and how aggressively Rayquaza shut it down? Pokémon Legends: Rayquaza. We already have Gen 4, and a solid idea in Gen 5. Arceus obviously exists already and a Pokémon Legends: Kyurem game would be hype. For Kalos why not take us back to that great Pokémon war that AZ was a part of? Could also give us the fully realized lore of Zygarde, instead of his story being split into two parts between XY and Sun/Moon. It could also show us Xerneas and Yveltal entering their stasis after their conflict. Pokémon Legends: Z. If we ever get back to Alola, it’d be cool to see the primitive versions of the trials in that game, as well as the first invasion of an Ultra Beast and the Ultra Recon Squad intervening on the potential havoc, as well as some backstory on the Light Trio. Pokémon Legends: Light. The Galar region is very new, but the story of Zacian, Zamazenta, and the world-breaking Eternatus would be sick. Could also show the development of the Star fragments that allowed them to harness the power to Dynamax, as well as the Dynamax Mons roaming around. Pokémon Legends: Galar. Don’t really have an idea for Kanto, maybe something involving Mew? Pokémon Legends: Mew I guess lmao.

Gonna say but maybe don't put BDSP with L:A. BDSP are remasters of classic games and remained faithful as can be to the source. Legends: Arceus: Is an experimental game which paid of and had some of the best stuff to date. And another reminder *different companies made both games*
I'mma be honest. I did not like the original theme that much and I thought they lacked a lot of oomph and substance but goddang, this theme honestly gave me chills. This is what the original theme should've sounded like because the cinematic vibes this version evokes is astounding. Definitely one of the best pokemon soundtracks to date by a landslide.

I always felt that their original theme never gave them the gravitas they deserved, these were entities that moments before were rewriting existence. This however, has gravitas.
Man… I think we can all agree that even though Legends coulda used a bit more work, its pretty great for what it is. The last stretch of the game after you quell the final frenzied noble Pokémon had a lot of my favorite moments we’ve seen in Pokémon in a long while now!
I think they lowered the catch rate for them when you first fight them cuz the story is supposed to be they want you to catch them in order to help stop the second more frenzied one
@@diplodoncalus Maybe the red chain calmed the first legendary down, so it’s easier to capture them. Meanwhile in BDSP when Cyrus used the red chain to control the legendary and then it broke, the legendary probably went into a frenzy, that’s why it’s harder to capture the legendary in BDSP
When I first heard this many months ago, it hit like a truck. I was hyped, but bro was I also scared, this whole game was beautiful and the music is just as amazing
This section alone made BDSP feel pointless by comparison. The epic cutscene, the sheer scale of the battle against Dialga and Palkia, it just all around epic. BDSP should've seriously used different models for the cutscenes, kinda like what Gen 6 did during certain cutscenes. Seeing Dialga and Palkia do their thing with Chibi Cyrus looking on in BDSP just dulled the impact of the scene. I get the nostalgia thing they were going for but it didn't work during certain scenes like Spear Pillar But this is amazing. Legends Arceus was just amazing. I would happily take more Pokémon games in the future that took this games mechanics and built upon them even further
1:11 is the best part and the most unsettling of this entire track. Really puts into perspective of how in danger you are messing with time and space deity’s.

As one who grew up with Diamond...and after being blown away by the Arceus theme in this game... i feel like this version of these 2 makes you feel like you are fighting 2 gods Where as with Arceus, you are fighting GOD HIMSELF

Look at the contrast in the same game that ultimately points towards the same thing! Both this theme and origin dialga/palkia theme convey the end of the world is near and it needs to be stopped. There is this theme that gives the "the calm before the storm" vibe, then there is origin theme right after this one that signifies the utter chaos that's about to ensue. Game freak are one heck of artists, really.🎉

What do you mean? Necrozma was really well explained, he was originally the light of Ultra Necropolis, then the people of that realm decides to try and uses his power, but they failed and disfigured him, he gets incredibly mad, and they decided to seal him away.

In Hisuan, Palkia or Dialga (depends on the clan we choose) help to save the day from the chaos that caused by Giratina and Volo. In present day Sinnoh, Giratina saves the day with extreme method by merging real world and distortion world to stop Cyrus' attempts in harnessing Palkia's and Dialga's power. But still, we have to calm Giratina down by catch or defeat it. The events involved the Creation Trio is just so amazing.
You really get the impression that your fighting something, at least in this world's interpretation, that is beyond you. A deific figure that played a part in the creation of humanity...

This is probably my favorite version of this theme; it stays pretty true to the original, but it makes Dialga and Palkia feel so much more godly. The main legendaries of Sinnoh were done so well in this game.

This theme evokes awe and wonder, origin form fight evokes panic and desperation. In this fight, everyone believes this to be the saving fight, but then when the frenzied one appears, the cast panics at the second appearance. I like how the music ties into the general mood of the plot
This is a really good remix of Dialga and Palkia's battle theme. I kinda wish BDSP did this. Because this is beautiful! 2:32 gave me chills!!

I love this remix's change in tempo/speed. It gives you the feeling that you're going up against a kaiju that played a part in creating the universe as we know it.

They should have. Especially compared to the really good music remakes OR/AS and LGP/LGE had, I was a little saddened that the BD/SP soundtrack wasn't as good remix wise. There were some I liked, but it felt kinda weak?

I really hope for a gen 5 remake to touch more on base for all 3 dragons as one dragon, would make sense for the ancient times such as Arceus, and for that I would be so happy to see again.
Legends is a breath of fresh air, so I’d love to see it become a series that tells the lore only hinted at in the base games. Here’s a few ideas I’ve had thanks to this game.
What about a story of the protagonists searching for Ho-Oh, and they happen upon Lugia and Entei, Suicune, and Raikou on their quest? Pokémon Legends: Ho-Oh.
Why not bring back Primals and show us how catastrophic Kyogre and Groudon’s battle was, and how aggressively Rayquaza shut it down? Pokémon Legends: Rayquaza.
We already have Gen 4, and a solid idea in Gen 5. Arceus obviously exists already and a Pokémon Legends: Kyurem game would be hype.
For Kalos why not take us back to that great Pokémon war that AZ was a part of? Could also give us the fully realized lore of Zygarde, instead of his story being split into two parts between XY and Sun/Moon. It could also show us Xerneas and Yveltal entering their stasis after their conflict. Pokémon Legends: Z.
If we ever get back to Alola, it’d be cool to see the primitive versions of the trials in that game, as well as the first invasion of an Ultra Beast and the Ultra Recon Squad intervening on the potential havoc, as well as some backstory on the Light Trio. Pokémon Legends: Light.
The Galar region is very new, but the story of Zacian, Zamazenta, and the world-breaking Eternatus would be sick. Could also show the development of the Star fragments that allowed them to harness the power to Dynamax, as well as the Dynamax Mons roaming around. Pokémon Legends: Galar.
Don’t really have an idea for Kanto, maybe something involving Mew? Pokémon Legends: Mew I guess lmao.

Gonna say but maybe don't put BDSP with L:A. BDSP are remasters of classic games and remained faithful as can be to the source.

this theme feels so triumphant. I’m not too far into the game, but Game Freak have made a fantastic game.
I'mma be honest. I did not like the original theme that much and I thought they lacked a lot of oomph and substance but goddang, this theme honestly gave me chills. This is what the original theme should've sounded like because the cinematic vibes this version evokes is astounding. Definitely one of the best pokemon soundtracks to date by a landslide.

I don’t know, the reason I feel this a little bit short compared to the original is because doesn't have some distortion effects that the original one has, but anyways still amazing this version

I always felt that their original theme never gave them the gravitas they deserved, these were entities that moments before were rewriting existence.

Man… I think we can all agree that even though Legends coulda used a bit more work, its pretty great for what it is. The last stretch of the game after you quell the final frenzied noble Pokémon had a lot of my favorite moments we’ve seen in Pokémon in a long while now!

@@diplodoncalus Maybe the red chain calmed the first legendary down, so it’s easier to capture them. Meanwhile in BDSP when Cyrus used the red chain to control the legendary and then it broke, the legendary probably went into a frenzy, that’s why it’s harder to capture the legendary in BDSP

When I first heard this many months ago, it hit like a truck. I was hyped, but bro was I also scared, this whole game was beautiful and the music is just as amazing
This section alone made BDSP feel pointless by comparison. The epic cutscene, the sheer scale of the battle against Dialga and Palkia, it just all around epic.
BDSP should've seriously used different models for the cutscenes, kinda like what Gen 6 did during certain cutscenes. Seeing Dialga and Palkia do their thing with Chibi Cyrus looking on in BDSP just dulled the impact of the scene. I get the nostalgia thing they were going for but it didn't work during certain scenes like Spear Pillar
But this is amazing. Legends Arceus was just amazing. I would happily take more Pokémon games in the future that took this games mechanics and built upon them even further
1:11 is the best part and the most unsettling of this entire track. Really puts into perspective of how in danger you are messing with time and space deity’s.

This fits the Origin Forms more, it sound more regal grand, than the hip theme we got for them. This is more sinister even.
Though the origin forms are Dialga and Palkia are imitating Arceus so maybe the whole point is that the song feel out of place. I don't know.
I don't know why, but this theme reminds me a lot of the Palkia and Dialga theme in Super Smash Bros Brawl, even more than in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum; I hope I wasn't the only one

Look at the contrast in the same game that ultimately points towards the same thing! Both this theme and origin dialga/palkia theme convey the end of the world is near and it needs to be stopped. There is this theme that gives the "the calm before the storm" vibe, then there is origin theme right after this one that signifies the utter chaos that's about to ensue. Game freak are one heck of artists, really.🎉

It makes me wonder if Legends Arceus started as the remake of DP with a modified Gen 8 engine but during experiments it became this fantastic game.
As someone who had never played DPPL(but was obsessed with Dialga when I first layed my eyes upon it)this theme blew me away when I first heard it. What a remake. Oh wait, BDSP is the remake? I never knew...(actually played it just to get a Shiny Dialga and make Cynthia's life a living hell)

Now i desperately need Pokemon legends: necrozma, because in the games we never got to know much about necrozma being angry from the humans and how he was halted and sealed away, like imagine if we get to see it... That would be just pure perfection!!!
Also the conflict with the Ultra Beasts vs the Island Guardians in their ancient past would be cool to see play out similarly to how Legends Arceus did things

What do you mean? Necrozma was really well explained, he was originally the light of Ultra Necropolis, then the people of that realm decides to try and uses his power, but they failed and disfigured him, he gets incredibly mad, and they decided to seal him away.
@@jeanduresauik, but that's like only 10% of the thing that happened to necrozma, if we get a game based off this story, it would be just incredible as we would know how actually the ultra megalopolis was and how was necrozma sealed, atleast they can show a whole city instead of a hallway XD

In Hisuan, Palkia or Dialga (depends on the clan we choose) help to save the day from the chaos that caused by Giratina and Volo.
In present day Sinnoh, Giratina saves the day with extreme method by merging real world and distortion world to stop Cyrus' attempts in harnessing Palkia's and Dialga's power. But still, we have to calm Giratina down by catch or defeat it.
The events involved the Creation Trio is just so amazing.
This and the Primals/Mega Rayquaza themes from ORAS are the all-time best legendary themes out of all the games.
