idk why I'm actually kinda happy that origin Dialga and Palkia are weird, off-key designs. They're the first 2 beings of creation, rulers of time and space, they should have an Eldritch- like feeling to them, like they aren't just normal cool looking Pokémon.
I know what you mean! ^^ I honestly really like their designs, too, and it really feels like they make sense, too! Like, they fit what they're meant to be, too, in my opinion, agreed!
The insane thing about this song is that unlike the other soundtracks of the game which sound archaic/traditional and has a Japanese style (based on Hisui), this track is very modern and neoteric, and sounds western (eurobeat), portraying the transcending of time/space in this battle with Palkia/Dialga
We get a sense of Deja vu when we’re battling em. It’s killing my love and I always gotta hit the gas gas gas when I fight em. I run as if I’m running in the 90s.
The fact that these forms are meant to be imitating Arceus, and their theme incorporates the very same drum used in Arceus’ theme is awesome. I love it so much.
@@ZaneYoung-xy1dkDialga and Palkia have always been taller than Arceus, even in their standard form. In fact, there are 55 Pokémon (counting alternate forms as individuals) that are taller.
They do look silly, but these designs are also technically terrifying. Imagine a creature you've never seen before, that somewhat resembles god. Imitating god. That's absolutely terrifying, especially given that Arceus has such an intimidatingly beastly form already. Thinking about their designs in context to the Pokemon universe, they are horrifying. So I actually love them a lot!
Given how you see a silhouette of said God at the beginning of the game, I can kinda see how the player would be fooled assuming they didn't know arceus was a thing. And if that's what they were going for, absolute genius.
The most disturbing part is that Palkia is even okay with being armless in his original form just because he resembles Arceus. Wich is kinda entering the theme of sacrificing something for god, and having wings even goes as far to represent how he needs wings to fly unlike his father wich is a sing of imperfection. In Dialga's case when he attacks using Roar of Time, 18 Diamonds surround him resembling Arceus' plates wich is also really fricking awesome.
For everyone that is saying that these forms look weird (you're not wrong), they're meant to look like that. Origin Palkia's Dex entry states that this form is Palkia's strategy in gaining Arceus power and status, so, you can clearly see that Dialga and Palkia kinda achieved that goal, but only got a slightly resemblance to Arceus but they deformed in the process
@@moontah8849 understanding why they look bad doesn't stop them from looking bad. Surely there was a better way to pull these things off. In the end it's not that big a deal. Rest of the Pokémon look good
@@sinisterxburn agreed, people are on hard amounts of copium trying to convince themselves and others that these two designs are good. Edit: my comment seems to have triggered a lot of people lol (Some people in this thread are ironically starting to "fear for humanity" over an internet comment rather than actual real issues, so tread carefully below haha) Look, I don't like these designs and that's just my opinion, not a fact. My comment was targeted at people who gave weak justifications as to why they think these designs are good, which were objectively wrong. Saying stuff like "these are failed Arceus imitations so they look deformed" when the Pokedex itself says this is supposed to be their "true form". If you like these designs, good for you! I'm happy for you! But don't give me objectively wrong arguments, that's all I ask. To that end, I absolutely do appreciate some people that have given good points as to why they like these designs.
I think it makes sense, since you’re fighting a god of time and space respectively. For the Dialga fight, he’s a time god, so he doesn’t have to follow conventional rules since he can be anywhere in time. Palkia is a bit of a stretch, but maybe it has something to do with a multiverse, and some universes, or worlds, could be more advanced than others.
@@aceentertainment8082 or maybe it's the fact that since Palkia's Everywhere in space, this theme is a mixture of all the different type of tunes he encountered. Something that the ancients wouldn't understand
I'll be honest when I saw these designs of Dialga and Palkia I did thought they look weird a bit but then I said to myself "Are they trying to imitate Arceus?" And I guess I was right because they actually were.
I think these desings are pretty awesome because they represent the whole, how a god wants us to see it because what it trully is. So by having those stunningly different and weird forms it makes a lot of sense.
“God made man in his own image.” That’s the vibe I get from these new forms. If they’re meant to be “origin” forms, then it implies that Arceus used itself as a model to create Palkia and Dialga. Hence why they look similar. It’s not just Palkia and Dialga imitating their creator, *they are returning to Arceus’ forms of self-expression.*
I always see it in a similar way. These are the forms they took in the beginning of their existence, back when they had more of the power Arceus bestowed upon them. They bore an appearance similar to that of their creator so that they could have the power to CREATE Time & Space, and when that power was no longer needed, they altered their forms to be better suited to governing and maintaining their respective creations. Hence Origin & Altered Form.
I like the theory that the Origin forms are them attempting to replicate Arceus, in return hindering their signature moves, Dialga can't use Roar of Time to its full potential because its throat is obstructed, and Palkia can't use Spacial Rend to its full potential because its claws are gone.
No, not really. Palkia's arms became its new additional legs that's why it can't use spacial rend, as for Dialga, it's diamond it stuck too much on its neck. Though each of the respective members who have these forms lose something either way like Giratina losing its legs and gaining claw like wings as opposed to just regular shadow wings.
@@rogue1248 That’s a debunked theory, they can still use their signature moves in these forms. they even have special animations for them (at least Palkia does, it has its arch glow when it uses it)
I honestly didn't get a single "Now's your chance to throw a Pokemon out to battle!" during my Origin Fight with Palkia and to be honest I felt like it was a better challenge of my skills just keeping up with all the Draco Meteors and shockwaves. I love the "Lord Battle" system and hope if they continue to make "Legends"-like games they'll have something similar with this near bullet-hell dodging.
Legends is actually the only modern game that recaptured the magic for me, people always tell me I'm chasing nostalgia but that wasn't it. The sense of exploration and wonder in the first few days where everyone was playing blind is what I was looking for.
This game took the pokemon formula and actually let the gameplay do the talking for once. On top of that, they stopped holding your hand and let the chips fall where they may, with threats like level 40-60 alphas -and that fucking alpha zubat- in the early zones for example. This was the first pokemon game in a LONG time (maybe ever in the case of the mainline series) that was truly ready to run your fade from start to finish. Basically pokemon for the people who know pokemon. And I love it.
@@vla1ne yeah! And the only complaints I've seen that are valid is the tutorial being long, but that's mostly because there are new mechanics that need to be explained.
Their origin designs are genius, they're the first 2 beings ever created by Arceus, manifestations of time and space respectively. So of course they're gonna look a bit unusual and unpleasant. Since these are their original forms and they look so similar to arceus, it implies how they're kind of 'fractions' of Arceus' full power, one fixated on time, one on space and then the third on antimatter.
Honestly this kind of makes me wish the lake trio got new forms as well. They’re also part of the original Pokémon created by Arceus. At least they got a strong unique move.
@@wonderfulrose477 Consider that we have never seen their actual forms, just what is basically their astral projection. We might very well get one, eventually
Giratina being antimatter is literally impossible since he would destroy everything by just existing after all Matter + Antimatter = Destruction to both. Also it says in Platinum after Giratina takes Cyrus that “Space and time are being warped” Dialga and Palkia didn’t follow us into the Distortion World and Antimatter doesn’t warp space and time but gravity can. It’s better you watch Lockstin’s video on Giratina being misunderstood to understand better.
Honestly i went into this game semi-blind. Was not expecting this to happen and was definitely not expecting the best legendary theme would come from it
@Merciless Freak and? It goes hard and fits for a fight against your life versus a literal god. You can not like it, but no need to act like people have bad taste and only like the Eurobeat
I get why people think these designs are bad, but I think they are great. They look otherworldly like Ultra Beasts, and the best thing about them is this song for their battle. It’s a completely different genre of music, and is a nice contrast to the old instruments in the other songs in the game
The way that this theme just sounds sort of "unreal" actually really works well for these pokemon. They're beyond the boundaries of reality, so it's most likely impossible to comprehend them in full.
The music in this game did a better job of making me nostalgic for gen 4 than the remakes. Its amazing how something that is definitely a fresh song can hit those feelings better than a remade version

That's because we know Giratina have its Origin Forme literally since Ages ago. Thus people already getting used of seeing it over the years. If only they introduce Giratina's Origin Forme at the same time as Dialga's & Palkia's, I dare to say some folks would call it as weird also. I love how this is a Sinnoh-Region remake that the characters in the game care so much about the Legendary pokemons' lores. Dialga and Palkia are Gods. No more running nor hiding, pressure's on! Prepare for an intense battle.
Yeah, it seems like Legendary Pokémon, especially from the older generations, seem to have lost a lot of importance. Nice to see it brought back in the Legend Games.
Sinnoh is extremely religious. It's why arceus is the supposed god of Pokémon yet no one outside of sinnoh has ever heard of it. All these god legendaries in sinnoh are just idolised creations of their own mind. They're just powerful Pokémon that the sinnoh folk have made gods of.
1:31 … this forced flashbacks in my head to me and Infernape battling Palkia in Pearl 15 years ago. I literally froze fighting Dialga-O when this started and it beat me. Nostalgia is a powerful thing, never started breaking down in a game like that.
I also like these forms, mostly due to how abhorrent they actually are. Like they're trying to mimic Arceus but inevitably failed to do so since they aren't him. Maybe they hate these designs because they keep comparing them to their normal forms. Like, "How could you massacre my boy?!" like, dawg, that was what they were going for
When you just see a picture of the model not doing anything, they don't look good. But Pokémon always look better in motion. Typhlosion is always the greatest example.
Respect for waiting until the official reveal of these forms to include them in the thumbnail. I'll never get tired of saying this: Go Ichinose makes the absolute best battle themes in the core series!
I honestly really like their designs They're really intimidating and look kinda badass to me. Especially in the cutscenes. In this game they actually feel like Legenday pokemon rather than a cool looking pokemon for Box art

I really dig how unnatural these forms look. I have a personal soft spot for designs that feel both eldritch and angelic (don’t know if there’s a specific name for that aesthetic,) and these both really hit that for me. That being said, I do feel like Palkia’s is a bit off. I still like it, but besides its upper body, it kinda feels like they lost some of makes Palkia… Palkia. Idea was great, execution was a bit flawed. Dialga’s origin form I stand by 100%, though.
@@user-bi8sh8ty5i The reason for that is, in attempting to replicate their creator, both Palkia and Dialga lost the ability to use their signature moves. Dialga can’t Roar of Time anymore because its throat is blocked while Palkia can’t use Spacial Rend without any claws to rend space with. Yes, I do know they can still use it in game. Still think their Origin Formes should get new signature moves.
Although the new origin forms are… umm… unique looking? I do like how they resemble Arceus. Its like they’re loyal to their father. But Giratina is similar to a snake in their origin form, as if they’re a traitor. Seen in Genesis, with the serpent convincing Adam and Eve to eat from the Tree of Knowledge. So basically Girantina is the Devil. And Palkia and Dialga are arch angels still loyal to God.
@Ziad Attili As for Eternatus, its 'dragon' form is weird but cool, but I can't really say the same for its Eternamax form. I can't help but thinking it's just a Master Hand from Smash Bros with side of flying saucer.
It would make sense giritina’s origin form is far different cus in the postgame Volo explains giritina was banished for its violent behavior, so giritina probably lost its original origin form (like dialga and palkia) and got the snake form instead
Giratina is neither a traitor or a devil. It's a representation of anti-matter and possibly gravity if you dig into the lore enough. It doesn't resemble Arceus because it didn't have much to do with the world's creation. Giratina was just too powerful, so strong it couldn't control it's own abilities in the physical world. It was banished to the Distortion World not because it's evil, Giratina was isolated in a dimention where it could control it's force. It's also possible it was given the Distortion World to guard it, as it may be that the physical and reverse worlds cannot exist without the other. To further prove Giratina's loyalty, in Pokemon Platinum it appears to save the world from Cyrus (although Giratina's rage over his deeds put the world in a bad spot, showing further it's inability to fully control itself without bending reality around it), or trying to help Arceus get back to his senses alongside Dialga and Palkia in the Jewel of Life movie (after Arceus is calmed by the Creation Trio and protagonists, Giratina goes back to it's realm without harming Arceus). The only way for Giratina to remain stable in our world is by chaning to the Altered Form (which limits it's power) or wielding the Girsious Orb (which helps contain it's power). So, in short, Giratina isn't evil, it's just unable to control it's powers normally in the physical world, with the added factor of not contributing to the world's creation.
@@LeKornorBros doesnt the entirety of legends arceus happen bc giratina wants to fuck arceus up volo explicitly says giratina wants to throw hands with arceus and that it also caused dialga/palkia to go frenzy lol
The altered battle had a more traditional, "epic" remaster of the Dialga/Palkia battle theme, but this modern remix just caught me so off guard. I don't know who might've predicted a song like this to show up in Legends: Arceus of all places.
I love that they went with eurobeat for this one. It's a contrast to the feudal sounding themes from the rest of the game. I think it also works seeing as at this point, all time and space is dilating
one thing I love and how the pokedex entry has confused a lot of people, Laventon claims that Palkia got this form to look like Arceus and gain his power, which made some people think that Palkia and Dialga to gain Arceus power have gotten a deformation that prevents them from using Roar of Time and Spacial Rend in their true power due to one having his throat blocked and the other having no hands, however Dialga's pokedex entry and official website say which is their true form and the site picks up the pace by adding that in this form they are able to master their peculiar moves. my theory is that: Palkia and Dialga in their Origin form use Spacial Rend and Roar of Time main with the power of the ring, however when they are not at their peak power and become the forms we know to decrease the power gap that between the two forms they use their peculiar moves with methods that were previously impossible (one with a scream now that he is no longer blocked while the other with his arms now that they are no longer legs)
I love the part at 1:30, the music winds down sounding kind of like something you would hear from a fairy tale. Then at 1:56 it starts to go back to a menacing threat kind of theme.
I honestly only really hated Dialga's origin form at first. Palkia's centar looking form grew on me pretty quick from the leaks and Dialga's would've been more bearable if they put the throat thing on his chest instead. A friend of mine pointed out to me though the fact that these forms take away or inhibit the parts of their bodies they use for their signature moves. Palkia's origin form removes his arms which he would usually use for Spacial Rend and it's hard to use Roar of Time with something like that stuck in Dialgia's throat. I thought it was werid until you notice in place of that, they both get this sort of Arceus ring around their bodies. Looks to me that they sacrifice parts of themselves to (or deform themselves) in place of attaining a higher power. I figured from the start that every part of their designs is intentional. I thought the origin forms would be a powered down form instead of a powered up one but now I see what they were going for, I think it works pretty well personally.
What I love about Origin Palkia is that is more like a pegasus than a centaur, a centaur in my opinion at least would have worked better on Bisharp. Give us Mega Bisharp gamefreak, if Insurgence did it you can.
Now that I think of it, maybe when gen 9 games comes out, its possible to get these forms by having Dialga and Palkia hold their respective orbs. I'm not sure if the Adamant and Lustrous orbs will get new designs when gen 9 comes out.
I honestly have a hard time believing that these forms are imitations of Arceus. I think what Origin Dialga's Pokedex entry suggests makes more sense, which is that the Origin Form is its true form. I don't think it's farfetched to believe that Arceus created Dialga and Palkia in its image and then their bodies changed over time due to the nature of what each of them controls. And that would also explain why Giratina's Origin Form looks so different from the other two. It wasn't created by Arceus directly, according to one of the texts in the Canalave Library. It resulted from Dialga and Palkia creating matter and antimatter.
The forms did look weird to me at first, but the more I looked at it, and the more I understood what the forms were trying to replicate, the more I begun to like them. I also was in such a heated battle against them that I didn't have time to pay attention to their themes. So thank you for this video, as it now allows me to enjoy the music with risking getting my ass blasted into next Tuesday.
1:21 I hate how it just took me until now to notice that this is a bit of the beginning of Zekrom/Reshiram's theme, nice touch to my favorite theme from any Pokemon game.
A lot of people seem to dislike these, and think they make no sense, but let me try to put the pieces together for this. The legend of the universe's creation mentions an "original one", and says something that either implies or just clearly states that it separated into multiple pieces, which I'm assuming are Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, and Giratina. The origin formes are the forms that the Pokemon were in when first created, so if you fuse all of the origin formes with Arceus, it would be as close to the original one as you could get. That way, it makes sense that Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia look more similar to Arceus, as they are all part of the same being.
Ignore the asshole. Your explanation makes a lot of sense. I honestly found the designs to be hilarious, mostly Palkia’s. I couldn’t look at it without laughing. Not complaining about it, I honestly love the looks of these because they look kinda goofy.
Weren't Origin form Giratina the snake looking one and Altered six legs one? If anything the "dissorted" Palkia and Dialga are the "regular" ones and Origin this ones.
@@enrithomas7194 Origin Forme Giratina is the snake one. I just think it looks a little less "typical" than Altered Forme Giratina, hence my choice of words.

I think rather than gripes with Origin Palkia/Dialga not having more moves during the balm phase, to better represent their abilities & powers, it’s more to do with their health and allotted attack patterns. At this point in the game, players have a rough idea of how to handle Noble Pokémon and can cut through half of their frenzy gauge while dodging attacks. For this fight, the Draco Meteor attacks they both pull out are easy to interpret, but are also actively stagnating the challenge against them. I experimented on my own and waited until I got them to half their “health,” and lo’ and behold, both Og Palkia & Dialga had more difficult attacks. They even used time and space to cut the distance between their Draco Meteors and the ground to fake the player out. I haven’t seen one player legitimately get a second to see that play out. If I had a wish for a future Pokémon Legends game, it would be to make the Noble Pokémon, or whatever the bosses may be called, more engaging and dynamic. For PLA’s worth, each respective fight does a genuine good job of showcasing important tactics, paired with the Nobles’ styles. Kleavor is direct and is utilized to demonstrate the basics. Lilligant entices elegance and demonstrates the importance of timing. Arcanine exudes power and stresses how to be aware of your spacing. Electrode’s innate sporadic nature teaches you how to be spontaneous. And Avalugg’s tantamount and imposing size brings forward patience. The well executed arrangement of bosses is impressive, but I would be lying if any of them were particularly trying or impressive. Each of them alone only have 1-3 distinct attack patterns, with only Arceus, an optional bonus boss, beating them out with 8 unique attacks. I would love for Gamefreak to not pull any punches in respects toward bosses in any future Legends game.
I love that this music clashes so hard with almost every other track in the game. Its the moment you realize everything is really hitting the fan in a way that no one has ever seen before.

All the while pokegod arceus watches in the distance.
Something curious is that in the OG Arceus event of DP (that was cancelled) it is implied that Dialga, Palkia and Giratina were once part of Arceus and while the OG Giratina kinda looked similar to him (because of his horns and type of body) Dialga and Palkia didn't. The insane thing about this song is that unlike the other soundtracks of the game which sound archaic/traditional and has a Japanese style (based on Hisui), this track is very modern and neoteric, and sounds western (eurobeat), portraying the transcending of time/space in this battle with Palkia/Dialga

So I actually love them a lot!
finally someone
I love them a lot too
We went from "eww these designs suck" to "ok, those designs aren't pretty, but they're absolutely perfect"
Like father like sons
Yea it’s kinda like the gen 8 fossils, everyone hated them at first but then realised why they looked like that
@@moontah8849 understanding why they look bad doesn't stop them from looking bad. Surely there was a better way to pull these things off. In the end it's not that big a deal. Rest of the Pokémon look good

My comment was targeted at people who gave weak justifications as to why they think these designs are good, which were objectively wrong.

@@raphezar2049 Could be worse
I think these desings are pretty awesome because they represent the whole, how a god wants us to see it because what it trully is. So by having those stunningly different and weird forms it makes a lot of sense.
I'd say its more that Arceus made them in it's image since its Palkia/Dialga's "Origin Form". Their usual form would be considered the "Altered Form".
“God made man in his own image.”
That’s the vibe I get from these new forms. If they’re meant to be “origin” forms, then it implies that Arceus used itself as a model to create Palkia and Dialga. Hence why they look similar.
It’s not just Palkia and Dialga imitating their creator, *they are returning to Arceus’ forms of self-expression.*
THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY IT'S CALLED AN "ORIGIN FORM" HOLY CRAP
It's not a theory! It's stated in game that they tried to imitate Arceus
Wow that's amazing!

The weirdness of this Origin Formes of Dialga & Palkia is on par to that of Ultra Beasts, and Eternatus for the wider extent.
@Ziad Attili
As for Eternatus, its 'dragon' form is weird but cool, but I can't really say the same for its Eternamax form.

Honestly, this is a great analysis.
I love the part at 1:30, the music winds down sounding kind of like something you would hear from a fairy tale. Then at 1:56 it starts to go back to a menacing threat kind of theme.

I finally just completed the Pokédex and got arceus
With all of these sick beats, no wonder time and space is ripping apart
Wow that's so clever ! Thank you 😁
Not gonna lie, Palkia’s origin form made me laugh so hard from seeing it in the leaks. I couldn’t look at it without laughing. Still amazing tho.
What I love about Origin Palkia is that is more like a pegasus than a centaur, a centaur in my opinion at least would have worked better on Bisharp. Give us Mega Bisharp gamefreak, if Insurgence did it you can.
@TrainerblueTube It's pretty much confirmed in the dex entries lmao
Poke my Misty dungeon
If Dialga and Palkia's theme got this wild, imagine how BONKERS Xerneas and Yveltal's theme could get in Legends: Z-A.
You are SUCH a good person for hiding the design in the thumbnail. The little things like that make channels great.
Well,not anymore!
@@mrsmithers69 Well, it had been a while between the original upload and the change of the thumbnail, Waylon.
Now that I think of it, maybe when gen 9 games comes out, its possible to get these forms by having Dialga and Palkia hold their respective orbs. I'm not sure if the Adamant and Lustrous orbs will get new designs when gen 9 comes out.
They’re already out and have been for the past 9-or-so hours
That's what I am thinking about. Their held items might finally have some use in Gen 9, other than being a Gen 4 Soul Dew carbon copy
I rather having legends Kyurem
I mean that’s how Giratina’s Origin Forme works. You give it it’s orb and it becomes the altered forme
I think maybe in a free update in sword and shield we’ll get them
It's cool you changed the thumbnail now the official art is out, props to you for noticing things like that.
Still can't get over the fact that we have 4 different versions of Palkia's/Dialga's battle theme, absolutely incredible
Actually there's 5 versions as smash Bros has a remix of palkia's/Dialga's theme

It resulted from Dialga and Palkia creating matter and antimatter.
didn’t notice at 1:40, the drums from Arceus’ theme are there briefly. they really are trying to imitate it
This comment is severely underrated.
I also noticed that 0:49 incorporates it's theme as well followed by its drums after that^^
The forms did look weird to me at first, but the more I looked at it, and the more I understood what the forms were trying to replicate, the more I begun to like them.
I also was in such a heated battle against them that I didn't have time to pay attention to their themes. So thank you for this video, as it now allows me to enjoy the music with risking getting my ass blasted into next Tuesday.
Opposite for me. I was jamming out to the theme and hardly paying attention to battle. Got my ass handed to me twice by Origin Dialga.
Blasted into next tuesday by dialga?
I see what you did there.
1:21 I hate how it just took me until now to notice that this is a bit of the beginning of Zekrom/Reshiram's theme, nice touch to my favorite theme from any Pokemon game.
Palkia and Dialga at a Hisuian rave, distorting time and space with their sick beats
You could say.. the beats are... *euro* -pean.
If u think about it, if it wasn’t for palkia/dialga protecting us, everyone would have died there Instantly

Never did I think primordial chaos would sound so good
A lot of people seem to dislike these, and think they make no sense, but let me try to put the pieces together for this.
Thanks. But no they still look ridiculous and makes no sense
Ignore the asshole. Your explanation makes a lot of sense. I honestly found the designs to be hilarious, mostly Palkia’s. I couldn’t look at it without laughing. Not complaining about it, I honestly love the looks of these because they look kinda goofy.
Man the Pokémon music team never cease to amaze me! This theme is 🔥🔥🔥
Dialga and Palkia wanted to replicate Arceus but Giritina hated Arceus, which is why his "Lord Form" is nothing like theirs.
So THAT'S why they look so weird! They're intentionally distorted, like Origin Forme Giratina! That makes so much more sense in hindsight.
“While you were busy defeating God we were studying the drift”
So glad they incorporated some bits of the original vs Dialga/Palkia theme from the Sinnoh games here! This one is cooler by a mile though.
The whole song is basically the original theme but sped up and with Sword and Shield instruments
Cooler? Why cuz it has eurobeat and techno in it? That makes it so much worse
The original one is so much better

A kid randomly gets isekai'd into the past and is literally handed an edict by god to meet every pokemon. Surrounded by fearful villagers and suspicious merchants, said kid teaches them all the value of being friends with pokemon. Then everything goes south and powerful god pokemon mess up the sky, causing the villagers to turn on the kid.
Does that stop said kid from saving the day? Hell no, they step up and fight the literal gods of time and space just to prove once and for all that people and pokemon can and should work together, kicking the asses of anyone opposed to that decision in the process.
All the while pokegod arceus watches in the distance.

The part from 0:33 to 1:00 sounds like you're summoning an ancient god with an eerie aura in a ritual from an occult and forgotten cult and I love it
1:31 that part gave me chills 🤩
Dialga looks like squidward when he got the fork stuck in his throat 💀
Something curious is that in the OG Arceus event of DP (that was cancelled) it is implied that Dialga, Palkia and Giratina were once part of Arceus and while the OG Giratina kinda looked similar to him (because of his horns and type of body) Dialga and Palkia didn't. I know that the pokedex say they want to take his place, but what if they are actually trying to return to be part of Arceus and that's why, like Giratina, they look more like Arceus now 🤔
According to their dex entries:
Dialga: "to transcend and become Arceus"
Palkia: imitates Arceus
The original OG Arceus event in DP was just a battle wasn't it? I don't remember anything else related to it. The HGSS Arceus event has Arceus creating a Creation Trio egg though, so that implies it created them.
Giratina looks absolutely nothing like Arceus
@@flerken4233 after cathching Arceus in DP you'll find mystery texts in 7 of the plates that give Arceus his types (just 7 and no matter which plate you took the text will always have the same dialog) plus more info from an archeologist how also says to be a filosopher. In the first text it is said that Arceus tabels had the power of "ancient gigants" he fought before the Pokemon World existed to became the pokemon god (like some mythologies talk about fights of gods against other being), while others its says that afterwards "The two that make time and space came out of him along side a third spirit creature and the three were once one with him" impling that the trinity of creaction were once part of Arceus, kinda like we saw Kyurem with Zekrom and Reshiram were once part him.
