Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
- Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
- Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
- Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
- Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

I’ve always loved characters who float without the need of wings, and Galarian Articuno speaks to me on another level.

A very cool trivia about these guys:
Their Pokédex entries imply these are different species that were named after the Kanto variants because of the similarities they shared with them, the ones Galar people knew were the Kanto ones after all.
So yeah, Galarian Legendary Birds just ended up sharing the same name as the ones we knew.
Peony’s dialogue aswell makes it sound a bit like he heard legends about the normal forms but the birds we caught were good enough to call the adventure a success
As well same cries i guess, It would have been very cool if they made a different version their cries for galarian ones to be more faithful to the pokedex

Moltress was my least favorite of the three birds, Galarian Moltress however is my favorite, so hell yeah.

@person person According to all known laws of psychokinetics, there is no way that Articuno should be able to teleport. Its movepool is too shallow to learn the move teleport. Articuno, of course, teleports anyways. Because Articuno doesn't care what humans think is impossible.

This theme is honestly incredible, not only because of how it sounds but also due to what it represents. We're facing something that's familiar on the surface but couldn't be any more different from what we know. Who else thought this theme sounded familiar at first but got floored with how different it is from the themes we remember?
I mean, the game DOES imply that those aren't the real Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, but that they're still similar enough to be called their regional variants.
The use of leitmotif in this song is awesome. Not to the the “original theme” which is just a high pitched encounter theme, it circles back to the beginning melody. I love songs like that.
Yeah. I love mewtwo's XY theme because he finally got one theme after 5 gens without one. It also slaps just as hard as this one.
Considering that galarian moltres isn’t hot to the touch anymore...

Can we talk about how they completely fixed roaming Pokemon while simultaneously giving these three small personality quirks
-zapdos, if you chase it long enough, it will eventually stop and look at you, like a passive wild Pokemon, as if curious that you're chasing it for so long, or, as one of its dex entries says, it sees you as a worthy opponent for catching up with it, and let's you fight it
-moltres doesn't acknowledge you at all while it flies until you get in front of it, then it attacks you like a hostile wild Pokemon
-articuno challenges you to a game of wits, it makes two clones, and one of the three moves it wing, they then spin in a circle together, then lower themselves, and you have to run into the original, the one who moved their wing, failing this will make Articuno snicker at you and fly to a different spot, but it will always stop and let you try again, if you succeed, it disappears, appears above, disappears, and appears right on you, starting the battle

Edit: I would like to remind people that this game was rushed, that's why the dlc is much more polished than the main game, game freak didn't lose their way, they are still trying, they just need more time for their games
Hopefully they learned this for the upcoming sinnoh remakes

Articuno shocked me quite a bit, I thought he was at the temple and not a roaming, but then I saw him just roaming, and chased him, he spawned the clones and I somehow got the right one when I was not paying attention, but since he flew and teleported away I thought it was the wrong one, then ENCOUNTER

yea they fixed roamings! if I did a pokemon fangame with roaming legendaries, they will be a bit easier to find and will appear in certain places!

Imagine if they put this in the sinnoh remakes. Lake trio has a gimmick to make hard to catch them?
Better yet, imagine if they do this with the legendary beasts and forces of nature?
That would make catching them much more rewarding.

What I like about these Galarian variants is that the game itself questions on if these birds are the same species as their Kantonian counterparts. Allow me to explain by reminding you all about their dex entries:
Articuno (Shield Dex entry): “Known as Articuno, this Pokémon fires beams that can immobilize opponents as if they been frozen solid.”
Zapdos (Sword Dex entry): “When it’s feathers rub together, they produce a crackling sound like the zapping of electricity. That’s why this Pokémon is called Zapdos.”
Moltres (Shield Dex entry): “The sinister aura that blazes like molten fire around this Pokémon is what inspired the name Moltres.”
“Known as Articuno”, “Called Zapdos”, “Inspired the name Moltres.” The game is implying that these “galarian variants” of the Kanto birds aren’t variants, but rather separate Pokémon mistaken to be regional variants. I love this detail so much, due to the mystery surrounding these birds’ true identities! Perhaps them looking like the Kanto birds is purely coincidental, or they really are the same species. Either way; I think this proposed question is very fascinating, and I hope Game Freak does more stuff like this in the future!
I think theres a possibility that the Galarian birds might be the original set, her me out.
At first I thought people heard of the legendary birds of Kanto so when they saw these guys they just assumed they were one and the same. I was fine with Zapdos and Articuno. Thier entries make it seem like they are saying "These birds have similar looks and functions as the Kanto Birds, so these birds are called that for the same reason
But the last one is the curve ball cause they are using inspired in a real specific way when they could have worded similarly to the other. The molten fire like aura of Galarian Moltres is what inspired the NAME Moltres like they are talking about the creation of the name as if it didnt exist previously. Atleast thats how it can be taken in my opinion. That such a weird way to word it if you were just trying to say that you also call this bird Moltres like the Kanto one.
Thier shiny forms are the same color as their Kanto counterparts . You could pass that as fanservice and move on but what a set of shiny Galarian Birds migrated to the Kanto region then changed form for whatever reason. Then the thier shiny colors became the default color them. That sounds like a stretch tho but its a theory after all. It could easily just mean that they came from kanto and their shiny form represent that origin.
@@KnightofHeartV IT’S ALL A CONSPIRACY! I also heard that theory about the G-Birds being the original birds, and the K-Birds being the ACTUAL regional variants. I guess it’s up to debate on this topic. Also; wouldn’t be cool if Game Freak changed the K-Birds’ shinies to reference the G-Birds? They changed Combusken and Castform’s shinies, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility!

There's a theory that, much how the Kanto birds were brought forth by Lugia, the Galarian birds might have been brought forth by Yveltal due to their sinister appearance and such. Knowing that the Pokedex entries are different in each game, Galarian Moltres' Pokedex entry in Sword kinda supports this theory.
Galarian Moltres: This Pokemon's sinister, flame-like aura will consume the spirit of any creature it hits. Victims become burned-out shadows of themselves.
so I rode under moltres, then tried to run as far away as possible to see what happened and why the encounter started

Fun fact:
According to the Dex, these are NOT Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres. These just happen to be a different and new species of Pokémon that just happened to look like them. This isn't like a "original became this because region things."
I mean it’s pretty obvious that they must at least share some kind of common ancestor
The Pokémon website says they’re variants. So they aren’t the original three but they’re closely related
The shiny versions do share the same colors as the Kantonian versions

However in the official website, it states that for the longest time, Galarian Articuno was thought to be the original Articuno.
I love how this theme manages to sound sinister yet playful, it fits very well with the new forms of the birds!

I honestly half-expected them to reuse or remix the Gen 1 wild battle theme, but I also half-expected that they might just use the regular SwSh wild battle theme (I had encountered and battled the Swords of Justice beforehand, who do use the regular wild battle theme, hence why I expected maybe it would apply to the Legendary birds too)

This theme radiates mystery, power and mysticality, it makes me feel out of my league, probably one of my favourite Pokémon themes of all time! Really glad we got a theme befitting the OG legendary Pokémon

I was a little more surprised about getting Moltres actually. I didn't realize all you had to do was get in front of it's flight path and it would attack you. It apparently does NOT like people upstaging him. But yeah, Articuno seems to be a bit of a show off magician doesn't it?

I actually think it would be one of the best parts of the game. Because it already feels like you’re finally actually HUNTING the roamers down and I loved it

@@zekromtrainer1222 articuno's stats don't reset though. You'd have to leave the crown tundra itself then come back before they will. Not sure about the other two - I would assume it'd be the same way - but I don't know because I got very good luck with the other two birds. Moltres had 5 ivs, neutral nature, and zapdos had adamant nature with 4 ivs. Articuno had the bare minimum guaranteed 3 ivs, but their placement was garbage. that's when I tried for resetting for better stats. That's how I eventually got a 5 iv tapu lele in ultra Sun. My modest sync Pokemon worked as well and while each reset took a long time and it was a pain to catch each time, I feel it was worth it, especially when the ivs fell exactly where I wanted them: perfect in everything but attack.
Words cannot describe how bad my luck was with Moltres. I was crying in anguish as all of my level 90+ pokemon kept getting one-shotted, all the while I had to continue reviving my team and attempting to capture him with his 1 HP left. The process went on for so long that the only move Moltres had PP left for was Nasty Plot. When I caught him his leftover moves were:
Nasty Plot: 14/16
Sucker Punch: 0/5
Hurricane: 0/10
Fiery Wrath: 1/10
It took me 26 moves of reviving, capture-failing, and horrible RNG to get Moltres.
Zapdos was the hardest for me. After it used focus energy it crit like every move, and Thunderous Kick lowering my defense didn’t help either.
Moltres wouldn’t go in until I chucked a Premier Ball at it, simply because it didn’t want to be in the same ball as Zapdos lol

Ridiculously, I caught Moltres first throw (after weakening it, of course).

I honestly loved this style of encountering, having to actually chase down the birds was really fun and engaging.
2d top down roamers done right in a 3d space, and were decently tough to catch

I liked how all 3 had their own personality with the chase. Moltres attacks if it sees you, zapdos runs as fast as it can and articuno challenges us with a game

tip for caching galarian articuno, have a pokemon who knows trick hold leftovers, use trick on the articuno and the leftovers will cancel out the hail damage then just spam pokeballs
or just change the weather or give it that item where he won't take hail damage, there are two more ways than that

I love this part so much. They did something interesting with the pokemon roaming the overworld. Zapdos is just Naruto running all over the wild area and will only check you out after you chase it for a while, Moltres is just chilling, not acknowledging you at all until you get in front of it, and Articuno is testing your wits, only to jumpscare you. And their theme isn't just "Hey guys remember gen 1? That was good, right?". God this DLC is actually really good.

To be honest, the Legendary Birds got their own theme in FireRed and LeafGreen. It's just a slight alteration of the regular wild Pokemon theme, but it's still something.

They do in FRLG. They technically share it with Mewtwo, but Mewtwo's version is different. The birds version is a bit more plain compared to Mewtwo's.
And even then, iirc, Lugia and Ho-oh get it too if you had the event stuff for it.
I feel like these three were a first look and feel to the whole convergent evolution thing later in gen 9. They put such an emphasis about how these three are like the kanto birds but just arent. Did anyone elese get this feeling?

I find it so fitting how Galarian Moltres theoretically speaking had fly through Spikemuth to get the the Island of Armor. Team Yells resides in Spikemuth and uses Black and Hot-Magenta for their shirts, which unironically, is Galarian Moltres’s color pattern.

I was so surprised when I heard this kick in as Articuno teleported into me, I was expecting maybe just the gen 1 battle theme, but hearing this along with the fight was incredibly hype. Say what you will about SwSh and the way the dlc was handled, but the birds definitely did get some love this time.

I already felt that these were basically the edgy cousins of the legendary birds. And then 1:10 hits and I just feel it more.
Also, Moltres was the only one I didn't feel some sort of stress trying to acquire. And no, it wasn't because I caught it quickly.
Articuno took me over a half hour to find, then I had to reset a couple times due to hail. This ceased to be a problem once I taught two of my Pokémon weather moves.
Zapdos... I accidentally triggered Defiant. And it had Reversal. Enough said.
You actually don't need to reset. They just come right back. That happened to me after defeating Zapdos by accident.

I was catching Articuno and before hand I had said to my friend “what if I used the master ball on this guy to match it’s color palette” but I didn’t actually want to. Turns out I had to because after a metric ton of ultra balls I had to use the master ball bc otherwise it would have struggled to death.
And here i am, caught it first quick ball. Tbf I did spend over an hour trying to find it. The others haven't been so easy but I have over 600 ultra balls so I think I'm good

Not sure if it's that well known but parts of this theme are extremely similar to black/white kyurem's theme. There's a video somewhere on RUclips that shows it quite well. It's so cool how they managed to take that and give it a whole different feel.

I remember trying to get Articuno when he was doing the Afterimage sort of thing and when he teleported off screen I was like "OH CMON"
and then instant shock when he appeared in front of me to fight!
This track has a sinister start and then it mixes in more upbeat bits towards the end. I like this one very much...
I love this music, the rhythm is very catchy and on top of that the very high quality that you put into the song is the cherry on the cake . Excellent work
