I TOOK SEED PROBIOTICS FOR 4 MONTHS and here are my thoughts (UNSPONSORED)
I've struggled with Gut Health ever since I was a teenager. Lately, I've been hearing more and more about the potential impact of prebiotics and probiotics on regularity, but also about the connection between the gut microbiome and energy levels or emotional health.
At this point, I was willing to try anything - but was quite skeptical.
I tried Seed Probiotics and stuck to it.
This is what happened - my unsponsored review.

I’m glad you found value in it - and 100%! I wasn’t expecting that positive side-effect. Months later, it remains :)
I may interrupt taking it for a while, just to see if I feel a difference/reverting back to old ways… since it has kind of become the new normal 💪

I just started this last week. As I researched it (provided all the claims were real) I read that not only can it help digestive issues, but probiotics play a role in many other things. Some of the strains in it can help anxiety and metal health as well as skin issues.
I have Crohn's disease and I've always had a bad diet because quality foods and things like fresh produce don't agree with me. I suffer from constipation that cause bloating and painful cramping. I'm sure this is probably due to the lack of fiber in my diet, but every time i eat more than a minimal amount of fiber, my gut swings the complete opposite direction. Relief from that would be huge, and I'd love to be able to eat salads regularly lol. But if it can help with my depression and anxiety issues too...
I'm taking it easy with Seed and did a full 7 days on one pill; I start 2 tomorrow. If it works, I'll be a customer for life.
But that brings me to my biggest problem with Seed: the subscription model format. If the product is really that good, I'm going to order more. Why the need for a subscription? I know they say it's so you never run out, but I'm an adult. I can see I've got less than 20 pills left and order more. It's a shady marketing tactic when other companies do it, so it feels like a bad look for Seed.
But I'm still giving it a shot!

Thanks for sharing Ryan, I truly do hope that Seed brings you relief and supports your physical and mental well-being like it supports me! I’d love to read an update in a couple of months, if you think of it. Truly hoping it’s a fit for you as well.
Personally, the subscription doesn’t bother me/I appreciate not having to think of it, but I see your point. You can also always pause it/skip a month if you want to - so you have some flexibility and are not obligated to buy it every month. I guess you know that, but I wanted to mention it as it brings me some comfort to know that as well! Hopefully hear from you soon :)

Ryan--- how did seed work for you?

    • @ryans3757
      @ryans3757 11 месяцев назад

@@cknight4281 I'll be honest, I wasn't really able to give Seed a fair assessment or trial. About 2 weeks after starting, I developed a life-threatening pneumonia caused by a potent infection; not a superbug per se, but it definitely doesn't respond to run of the mill antibiotics. I was in the hospital May 23-Aug 10, which included a month in the ICU and 6 days intubated on life support.
Now, to be clear, I don't blame Seed or think it had anything to do with my infection. I simply stopped all OTC medicines and supplements while I was in the hospital so there were no possible interactions with the drugs the hospital used.
I am thinking about trying Seed again at some point. At this time however, I haven't even returned to work and not sure I will. I'm waiting on a decision from disability/social security, but right now, funds are just too tight to buy probiotics or supplements that aren't 100% necessary.

I am with you as are many other people concerning the "tactic" of subscription. This is the ONLY subscription I have in my life besides Readers Digest. Not a good marketing ploy although I must say after taking only my 3rd pill (day 3), I have seen a considerable difference in my digestion and trips to the bathroom. I am pleasantly surprised so far!

I've been feeling like crap since I started Seed, I haven't raised to 2 pills yet because of that. I got major nausea in the first days, then I started Ozempic so I held off on raising the dose cause I didn't wanna rock the boat. This is my third week on Ozempic, just raised the dose of that and I've dealt with horrible nausea the day after injection and less horrible today so again I didn't raise the Seed dose. I also have had horrible gastric symptoms, the only thing that's helped has been (somewhat ironically if you know the side effects) Ozempic. I was really hoping Seed would help but if anything it got worse. I don't want to give up on it yet because there are too many factors involved but it's so god dang expensive... I'm considering switching to a different pro-prebiotic but Seed has by far the most strains of any probiotic brand so I'm worried I'll lose something crucial... I also recently started Atomoxetine for ADHD so there's just a storm of things. I dunno if Seed made me feel worse or if it's a coincidence but I've been taking Seed for 3ish weeks on half dose and have had no positive effects as far as I can tell :/. I'm scared of raising the dose and almost throwing up again. I've also had a nausea knot in my throat everyday since starting Seed which is extremely uncomfortable. I dunno... Anyone know more about this than me that can explain my experience?

I'm gonna buy them today ! It's intresting to know that you're also from Europe, because I was wondering if people in Europe bought it.. I just came across Seed on a video of Hindzsight, because he was sponsored, but the fact that the bottle looks nice, that it is made to cross the stomach without being destroyed and also just knowing that a nice youtuber got it sponsored it gave me the wanting to buy them, even if the shipping is quite expensive, I tried to search for other brands in Europe, but you know something, you just have to go with the flow and the thing you see that makes youwant to get it. I know that if I don't buy them I'll just look for "the" perfect probiotic in Europe and will be more stressed and lose hours searching for it, now I just have one and it's done. And I believe already it will help me. :) Sometimes believing in a product is a must too haha. Anyway I'll keep updated if it helped, bcs my digestion really needs a loooooot of help. :(

Hi, greate video, thanks for sharing! im happy this probiotic helped you :D
im struggling with ibs and sibo for the past years without knowing what the problem was... my major catastrophic issue beside the bloating gases etc is that i can't sleep and keep waking up 2-4 in the midnight and can't fall back to sleep so everyday i sleep barley 3-4 hours and that problem has basically destroyed me completely :(
I live also in europe, like sweden and were wondering what the cost of this probic is and how did you get it ?
Does it help with sleep like you mentioned in your video? i would like to know more about how it helped you and what did you notice ?
When i googled about probiotic for sleep i found there is 2 specific strain that should help.. Lactobacillus reuteri NK33 and Bifidobacterium adolescentis NK98. Do you think this Seed probiotic has these strains ?

Seed changed my life. My health and my digestion were so poor and my diet was so limited I was suicidal. At one point I could barely drink water. I read supergut and tried a supplement called candida cleanse and then I started seed and started super gut yogurt at the same time. My stomach is probably 80% of what it was. My overall physical health is the best it's been since before I got covid in 2020. My mental health has improved infinitely. I can now trust my body and take joy in the day. I'm only 39. I was ready to die. I've actually contacted seed directly and ask to purchase extra packets So I could share them with loved ones. They now do the same for theres. All this only tool a year. Also stress kills. Learn to meditate through hard times. They don't last but you will.

That's *probably* all that new bacteria fighting the existing bacteria for space in your gut, which causes them to produce much more gas than normal. I can't say that's what's happening to you for sure, but usually it'll subside after a week if you persist. Or, you could always cut that single pill dose in half, and titrate up. You may just need to start slower. Personally when I started taking biogaia gastrus, it caused a WAR in my stomach for a few days lol

Seed probiotics gave me the worst acid reflux and belly paid I've ever had! Not only do they automatically put you on a subscription program, this crap can actually make you feel significantly worst. Doctors are right, probiotics are in their infancy, no one really knows which ones are good for you and which are bad. Your gut is a delicate balance, adding this unregulated crap to your diet because some random "influencer" is paid to promote it can significantly throw that balance off! If you want probiotics do yourself a favor and don't get fooled by unrealistic claims, eat something natural like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut etc..
