Nice video thanks for sharing and posting regular videos. How about some titanium anodizing and tumbling for a nice matte surface finish? Hope to see some of these coming soon.

The science of springs, at least as they apply to the pens, enjoyed that, thanks guys

If you get yourself a copy of "advanced spring designer 7" designing springs is very easy.
McMaster actually had a service where you put in the material and dimensions and they will send you a spring.
    Smally makes a good product.

A bit too late perhaps now when you have everything dialed, but for future products I'd choose Lesjofors instead of Smalley. I always found that they are hard to work with, poor communication and quite expensive ( atleast when it comes to custom made springs)

It does not spin, but just the action of opening & closing is all you need…get one!

Should do machined springs and offer them at a premium.

You guys have set a new bar in reaching the epitome of over-design. By the way, it's not the ink as you mentioned, it's the ink cartridge.
While I'm on that, retraction of the penpoint looks like a problem area since you have to engage your finger on small ridge.
I'm hanging on to see your price point on this masterpiece.
