This is what I love about Korea: they are good at taking their traditional style and perfectly giving it a modern twist (i.e. architecture and music)
(Allbeit, there are probably some countries who also do this and maybe do this better, but you get what I mean)
Boy, do I love my country's culture!

I was watching a korean drama several years ago and fell in love with the hanok which played a central role in the story.

한옥은 처마밑에 제비가 찾아와서 둥지를 틀면 완벽한데 올 봄에는 찾아오려나요? ㅎㅎ 시청 잘했습니다~

Oh yes it is very beautiful. I checked the availability schedule and its totally booked out for when I would be traveling to Korea. Plus its a little pricey. Can you recommend some other places that are a little bit cheaper? My plan is to travel and stay in a few different parts of Korea. Staying in each place for a week to a week and a half>>>>> traveling from those base locations to see all kinds of awesome things in South Korea. The trip will be at least 6 weeks. So any tips on where to stay would be fabulous. No hotels please and Im not fond of sharing a bathroom with others. Non- smoking please.

This Hanok is mix traditional + morden. old way is so hard to control on without damage. all thing wood and windows is paper when damage on the weather that happen. Also This villiage hate people coming back to coming a lot turist time coming to 6am to 3am like that happen. say be quite but nowadays not that many tourist or coming do manner compare before not that rule, few years ago that is issue a lot. coming when tourlist drunk than coming issue talking loud

Thank you for the informative video. I am considering accommodations within the same vicinity and am curious about the convenience of traveling to other parts of Seoul, particularly Myeongdong and the Hongdae area. Would you say this location is well-situated for accessing various sightseeing destinations throughout the city?

It was Koreans who passed on letters, culture, and architectural techniques to Japan.
