You said your fuel pressure never dropped below 65psi. What was or us your max fuel pressure, and wide open how many psi did you loose from idle perse.
I have an 2002 7.3 throwing a p1211 code whenever I’m at highway speeds. Just resealed my stock hpop and now I’m having this issue. I also have a hydra tuner. Whenever the tuner is set to stock tune is the only time the code will show up but put it on a different tune then it goes away. Any help on what it could be to diagnose would help. I’ve considered buying a new hpop and trying that but haven’t yet.
Upgrade to a CNC pump, sounds like the pump is tired. And your tuner may have it set to not throw a code and that’s why it only throws it on a stock file.

I have a crank no start 1996 shop got it started I can’t get it started codes -p1280, p0603, p1212 any help

I’ve had one other truck throw both codes and I chased it for a while before figuring out the PCM had a problem!
