You may encounter a man that you "respect and admire" prior to marrriage, then.....you marry and live together only to find that all "the talk" that you heard prior to marriage was just that...TALK!!! Depending upon the reality that you live with, especially when there is so much SELFISHNESSSS that manifests in different ways, the "respect and admiration" go out the window like the air in a popped balloon, ESPECIALLY when the person is PRIDEFUL and refuses to OWN their wrong AND refuses to acknowledge that God has put certain RESPONSIBILITIES on them. Some people just should NOT get married.......particularly SELFISH people!!! A man with the mindset of "RESPECT ME WOMAN" and thinks that he is entitled to abuse/misuse his headship in a marriage should remain single.

Today a lot of problem men have stem exactly from trying to outrun their responsibilities as a man, then all sorts of confusions and troubles follow and they will have a difficult time figuring out why they're unhappy. When really it is quite simple deny yourself to find the way to God, the way will quite literally be God making you a better "man", teaching you to be a man of God, which is everything you so stubbornly tried to deny.
