    hello Nathan!! my testimony in relation to your videos is that i stop falling !! and that's amazing ! I've broken my two pulses ( in two different falls) and I've been falling many times and I've been with many bruises on my body! But, since I began with your exercises, i stop falling !! so, my all gratitude for you !! thank you !!! P.S.: sorry for my poor English! I'm Brazilian .

    Lost feeling from knees to feet from spine pain injection gone bad. Dr disappeared like a cockroach when the lights are turned on.
    I perform as many vid therapy as possible usually 2 hrs or more daily. Thanks for helping us left behind due to hospital liability push back,

    I just finished the exercises and it’s very effective and easy to follow. Thank you so much for your videos that helps me too on my recovery. I had spine surgery 3 months ago. I am still going to therapy once a week and doing exercises everyday. ♥️

      Sir keep uploading such types of vedio which helps Parkinson patient for maintaining proper balance & restrict to falling down. Sir I had some time fall down. Pl share vedio to restrict my problem

    1 year post stroke and some of these are challenging for me coz i have some slight shoulder pain and a really tight ankle with high tone-but i am going to keep working. Thank you for this video👍

    Great exercises, but unfortunately too short and this is only an introduction to balance exercises. This is just the basis and where are the actual exercises? I don't see a link under the video!👍👍👍

    I invariably loose my balance when I am trying to reach out to get any thing main arching back. Please do share excercise to overcome the same.

    Best exercises are from the reformer Pilates machine … it’s so perfect for balance and strength… I don’t know why it’s never recommended

      CYE, not everyone can afford a Pilates machine or a gym membership with access to one. Nate specifically focuses on exercises that can be done WITHOUT any special equipment. And I, for one, truly appreciate that!!

      @@jessicaw1839 that’s fine but I personally have experience with the reformer and for those who may be able to afford it , it will help. Also, it would be nice if it can be under rehab insurance but not enough people talk about it. It is a great tool to ADD to home exercises. Nobody is suggesting to use it everyday so we are on the same team. Have a nice evening.

      I suggest walking backward instead. No equipment needed. Check out benefits on line or search you tube. Start small and build up

    Hi Nathan...I had stroke last May...half my body not functioning normally...my right side is affected...my fingers are moving normally... my toes are normally moving... right hand and leg are affected...my head too is affected... everytime i wake up from a chair i feel dizzy...i have pain in my neck... doing exercises for the neck... please I need the right exercise for the neck...doctors didn't give me stroke medicine 💊 but they only gave me painkillers so far... half of my face or head is still numb...how to get rid the face numbness...? Help Nathan please...i can walk but like staggering...im riding my bike too...I'm 50 help me please 🥺

      Yes. But dont bend forward or bring your knee too high yet

      It is not safe. But start from lowering yourself from the bed or couch if you are strong enough

    My problem is that I'm falling forward, I'm m using a cane also

      Practice toes up sitting down first. Toes pointing to your nose. Then try that standing with a walker or by your kitchen sink. Also practice looking up while sitting down. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
