Hi Tina, looking pretty as always. I really love your reaction & review of Diana. After all the covers on this song 3 are my favorites. The originals from Chris back in 89 ( which I fell in love with back then) Then there's Diana Ankudinova I love how she took & made a big production without letting it overwhelm her & she turned it into a great Pop song in a modern way with a little Russian folk song style to it.I believe Diana is a either a contralto profondo or a low contralto, she also has a 5 octave range. Than there's my favorite.Angelina Jordan's arrangement of it, she went the exact opposite direction, completely stripped down rendition & just her on her little keyboard in her room playing 3-4 cords & just telling a story using her voice just amazing. He is also mentoring Diana and even paid for an apartment for Diana and her adoptive family. Please be sure to react to at least her singing Rechenka and Human. This program was for children that had a hard life. Diana's biological mother abused her and her family took her to an orphanage. The woman who adopted her got her voice lessons and you see the result. Just imagine the possibility of Diana singing with Dimash.

If that is wrong then several people that posted it are all wrong.

Wow! You REALLY Nailed the 2 vocal talents she reminds me of. Bravo Rise Academy Coach! So glad "this generation" has a chance to hear "Wicked Games" by Rick Isaak. It is a classic and if you've never heard of the late Roy Orbison (or even Elvis!), you will hear the sound of a timeless era that was as naturally beautiful as its stories were pure of love. Kudos to guitarist Jame Calvin Wilsey as well for his hauntingly beautiful intro. ...And the set designer captured the essence and depth of the song along with the "wicked" vocals flowing out of Diana's mouth!
