- For this ladder sequence pay attention to foot placement. Work to get the movements down and then increase your foot speed. Focus on being quicker every single rep. Slow feet or anything less than 100% intensity will leave you with no results. Challenge yourself with this ladder sequence anywhere. You do not have to be on turf. I've been doing ladders with the k-bands after my football workouts for about two months now. I added exercises from this video and from my coaches creating a good 20 min workout (I repeat the workout backwards). I just upgraded to the purple bands to increase resistance! I love knowing it's a good workout when I have to sit down to cool my feet off!

I´ve been gone for a year because I pulled my hamstring but I´ve started traingn again like a month ago tho I feel my hamstring a little bit sometimes! Can resistence hurt my hamstring again? I´m running 6.93 in 60 meters if you know how much that is! :P awesome video
I would be sure to talk to your doctor and make sure you are completely released to start training again. Muscles and tendons after surgery are a touchy subject.

Yes but they must be in a structured format. Go to KbandsTraining . com and look under the training tab. You will see a link for SPEED AND VERTICAL. Click that and go to the drills and videos within that section. Scroll through that section and find the 40 yard dash drill sequence. This will give you some good ideas for sprints.
