Loved this video! I love your list that you do with the marker, that is a great idea! No resolutions for me, and I am slacking off with my paper challenge! I've got to get back to it! Cause Hubby wants me to bump that up from 5 pieces a day to 30! Mila, what a cutie she is! One of my cats meows or cries alot. I call her a cry baby! But I love her! I liked the thing about the reverse meal planning! Glad to hear your Mom is doing and feeling better! I hope she gets to go home soon!
Me too girl we are all worn out with the hospital and rehab scenario!!! Uh oh maybe you need to stick to 5 to 10 pieces. I find it makes me more willing to do it hahaha. 😂
I was worried the last time when you mentioned dialysis so I'm glad your mom's condition is more stable. Mobility issues are tough enough as it is. It's a good reminder to me to get up and moving more often and fight against the thyroid issues zapping my energy and trying to keep me down. I need to get a (cuckoo) clock or watch that signals the top of the hour to prompt me to stand up and get a little task done or do some squats.
Yep had I realized it had nothing to do with dialysis I would have pushed them to go ahead and send her on, as it went they waited til her creatinine was sky high and it's taken this long to get it back down to semi normal, it is still too high. One thing is to get on the floor every day. Mom can't get up if she falls. My PT lady told me to make sure to get down there and get up every day so you can always get up from the floor, I think it's great advice!
@@dianasimplifies That's excellent advice! I went and tidied under the bathroom sink after watching your video (thanks for the motivation!) and noticed that I'm having more trouble getting up off the floor. Yikes! Also, I meant to suggest that you just put a laundry basket (or some other bin that fits well or even a reusable shopping bag) in your bathroom cabinet. Clutterbug says to work with your natural tendencies like that.
I'm glad things are going better with your mom. I hope this rehab is a better fit for her 😘💕
Me too! 💜🙏🏼

@ that's true. So far I'm doing good about putting the clothes up at least once a day. We shall see how long this lasts 😆
