how long will this keep in the refrigerator?
I generally say it's safe to keep for 1 week since there's fresh garlic in it.
I burned my fingertips once with Jalepenos....so sad it never stops burning for days! Sharp knife!
I get that, gloves are a must when cutting peppers if you have them!
I own the worlds most dull knives. I have never had jalapeno juice in my eyes. I cut jalapenos daily.
