Sir i have a query ,after doing bca i worked in a non it sector for 2.5 years ,now i do want to persue mca. In between these years i got salary component in cash. So my question is after doing mca and then in placement will they count my work experience or not ?
Non it experience is not counted for getting into it industry, but you can negotiate with the same ctc you got in non-it industry

The video you shared is too valuable but what the solutions for those who want to switch to IT but don't have experience in IT?
Because if they didn't keep fake certificate then they didn't receive any call from HR. So, please give solution for this because most of having same issue and i hope no want want to keep fake experience but there is no other option to get it into IT.

its not because of covid, its because recession, covid me ekdm faltu logo ko job mili, jinka knowledge 3 year ke lie tha bhi nahi, ab ye log normal hiring kar rahe hai, to jo shift kar rahe hai fake ke sath, ye possible nahi ho paraha, they need strong knowledge now
