You're welcome! Note that there are cases where it may not work properly and I still resort to MeshMixer, while it's still available.

Good morning. I really enjoyed this video. I am having trouble with this. Still have some issues. Are you able to assist any more.

g'day I keep getting the error ' The selected stationary entity is not connected to any bends'. I've tried aligning one part of side fuselage to an origin, still cant get it.
BTW your sheet metal material type has to be plywood in the hierarchy list under your sheet metal cnc parts. (yours is steel, if you hadn't already noted that yet)

It can be any material, but plywood is better to have the correct K factor. Check out my other video on the subject, it shows how to do an offset and add a flat area. Thanks

@@thercguide4735 I got it in the end, it wasn't a curve but 4 flat but angle joined panels on ea side, so I only needed to project the sketch. I then extruded it and ran some tool paths and simulations in fusion 2 and 3d milling, its not difficult at all. now i just need a mill...

You know you are really understanding the software, when you can solve problems on your own.

Kinda weird, I get that one too even though the body is 1 body and there is a bend, a sharp one, maybe I would just project the to sides of the part and join the sketches to cut the part as one

unfortunately does not work for complex shapes
