Great video. But I do have one question. One step that I think was left out was after you flatten the component, then what do you do to move them into a new component? I have each one flattened and I can open them, but I haven't found how to move them onto one page.
They will be reinforced. There’s going to be a thinner gauge sheet of aluminum hammered out and welded between every strut to plate. So it will be very strong when it’s complete

Absolutely. I’ve found another way that works better you may want to look at. Search my name and the words fusion 360, nesting, arrange feature
Tedious way of doing this but from what I have found this is the most straight forward way of doing it without some expensive package.. Thanks.

Some of the parts look very thin. Even with a 1/8" thickness, you're likely to bend some of these parts just putting the suit on.
