The 90's were awesome, and scenes like this from Suburban Commando, starring Hulk Hogan, prove it. Scenes like this make me happy, and hopeful for life.
I always tie in the late 70’s to the early eighties. And the mid to late 80’s to the early to mid 90’s. 95-96 was a transition period that lasted to about the time the first iPhone came out. The music of the times has a lot to do with the changes in society too. When hip hop blew up in the mid 90’s it changed everything
@@sublime8956 oh ya, pushing a brand of hip hop above the rest that glorifies thuggery, human and drug trafficking. Makes you wonder why "they" push that garbage. Normalizing and making criminality fashionable. Fast forward to today, and we can see why perhaps
j dragoon I agree 100 percent. I listened to a lot of it, because there is a lot of positive that hip hop can offer. But after the first couple of years of hits, it got pretty repetitive. Drug dealer turns to hip hop star, sells the new American dream via a lifestyle of crime and drug dealing. What a limiting outlook
@@chrisstahlke2124 yeah man it's hilarious. I love the scene with the twins, and they say in a high pitched voice: "You're dead, Ramsey!" And he's like "WHOA no wonder you guys never talk!"
Take a look at what I'm wearing, people. You think anybody wants a roundhouse kick to the face while I'm wearing these bad boys? Forget about it. - REX (Napoleon Dynamite)
Okay so the bullies come up, Hulkster scares them back, he does a physically impossible move and breaks bandanna bully’s board, then gives him what looks like a rocket powered board? Then steps to him like he’s gonna kick their ass and the bullies are now friends with the rest of the kids? AMAZING
I remember wanting to see this, but it was out of the theaters as fast as it was released. It was a few years before I got to see it. Definitely an enjoyable cheesy B flick.
Arnold Schwarzenegger was offered this or Twins when he was looking for scripts to do with Ivan Reitman and Danny DeVito. Could you imagine Hulk Hogan and Christopher Lloyd in Twins? I think Arnold Schwarzenegger made the best choice.
I know there was a comedy skit that hogan get jumped by some guys droping elbows until hogan become flat like a paper, been trying to find that clip but never find it
Anyone else find an intrigue in the everlasting mystique in the perpetual baldness of Hulk Hogans head? Now I may not have the memory of people who have been alive considerably longer than myself, but if they serve me correctly, I'd guesstimate that Hogan has been the same exact level of bald, the same exact age, and the same exact side-hair / handlebar mustache combo (colloquially called the Hogan BaldBarStache (not really)) for a good 3, perhaps going on 4 decades. Now, the same was said in past rhetoric on Chuck Norris in reference to his cultural relevance, for multiple generations beyond his actual spotting in the wild. Word is he defys his age with a technique of selling senior citizen focused supplements on the remnant scraps of what is known as daytime television. Are we gearing up to see Hogans entrance into the citizen geriatric supplement sales field, as he becomes exposed as the beacon of immortality and infinite baldness that he secretly is? Well I have my doubts, cause a man named Alex Jones tried it, and it seems to have had a reverse effect. Yall know Alex is like, only 50? Dude aint doin great for his age.
the movie cost £11 million And only took £8 mill at the cinemas , however the fact that loads of people went to the cinema to watch hulk is posative for him and producers
Insert obligatory silly-saxophone music of 90s kids/family flicks(teens, kindergarten cop, this movie). Good times.
I love that music
Watched kindergarten cop last night! Then spent half an hour after it googling Richard Tyson and where his career went lol
🤣🤣🤣
Vince McMahon loved saxophone for wwf idents and themes
@@jasondoering3658 Great movie
1:32 Superyoung Elizabeth Moss, everyone
This was so funny nothing else will ever come close. The world is just shades of grey next to this clip.
30 years later I'm still trying to find those pants!
Lol
maaaan I'm glad I'm not the only one
Their called Zubas I think
Zubaz*
Clown pants
The "dookie" scene from No Holds Barred is the funniest Hulk Hogan clip
"Whats that smell???!!"
*cries* "dooookieeeeee"
It's kinda gross now that we all know it was put in the movies because of Vince's poop fetish
Worlds greatest "Skullet"
Man, if more people watched Suburban Commando, the world would be a more peaceful place.
One year later I thought the same thing
I thought this was Mr. Nanny
LOL, this is so 90's!!
I feel like the 90s were the the 80s but in ultimate version.

Early 90s, yes.

Total 90s. The music, the icon hogan, bomb pop total 90s. Skateboarding. Darn right it was a radical time
No smartphones, just playing outside.
Love it "get a gold fish".😂😂😂
Suburban Commando, one of my fave movies.
You should be ashamed, very ashamed.
Mine too.
Chris you have fantastic taste.
I don’t watch it because it’s necessarily good; I watch it because it makes me laugh, and I need laughter like a medicine.

It's too 90s! It burns!
"Get a fish." lol
@Dr. Loomis
Why not
Still have this on VHS. One of my favorites.
Somehow, some way, this is both the best and worst thing I’ve ever seen.
Little did anyone know that that little girl would be the queen of TV dramas 25 years later (Elisabeth Moss)
Queen? Are you insane?
Is that her??
It's her, you can tell by the eyes.
only in the 90’s... Nice Pants Hulk Hogan.

I don’t know what was more awkward hogan on a skateboard or hogan on undertakers motorcycle
I almost completely forgot about this movie. I was 7 when it came out.
Since Suburban Commando my life has been empty. These clips fulfil the emptiness

Only the Shep could pull it off
"Please stay on the line. Someone will be with you shortly."
To think, nearly 25 years later I came face to face with Shep himself. I'm not particularly short, but next to him I felt short.

It's Hogan's best movie bar none.

I wasn't expecting the video title to be accurate but...this is indeed the funniest clip in all of cinematic history.
this feels like it was made by people who weren't alive in the 90's but think this is what the 90's were like
Back when kids played outside and parents couldn’t get them back in the house.
I know right
Next time someone dog barks at me I will say “get a gold fish”
That Mr Nanny is one radical dude
best fucking movie ever
He is A Movie Star Too Yes Hulk Hogan....He Really Is 👀
