What was the hair looking things you put on the crank I was confused about that I’m running a 2.4 so I know the building aspect is the same just curious what that’s means or does
@@gilbertorodriguez4918 I would get a stock turbo kit and install it on it, then go from there. of course the best way would be to have the block build.
@@gilbertorodriguez4918 well if going all motor, porting the head will be really beneficial, make it flow as much as you can. However the easies t way to get power is with force induction
@@DaimerPerez, thanks for the reply. I wish I had to confidence to rip mine out and rebuild it. I’m not an auto technician, but not new wrenching on things either. Need to watch more of your build. Not many people are showing this kind of detail. Thanks for sharing.
I used to have a 1993 Eagle Talon TSI and miss it every day. I am going to live vicariously through your videos with this build.
Hell yeah. Subbed not even a minute in the vid. Love 4g63 content. Look forward to checkin out the rest of your build
Thank you! I will be having more videos pretty soon!
Love this video format, can watch it for hours.
Hey guys, I tried to get as much content for this video. I did forget to record a few thing. I’ll get better at it as time comes.
Currently about to start a build
Satisfying and relaxing to watch, nice setup too 😍 can’t wait for the next vid I love elipses and this would be my dream project tbh
Thank you
Waiting for the next video man! Good stuff! The more detail the better!
I should have the next video this upcoming Sunday. I’ll make sure to explain a little bit more !
hey back to work man, nice stuff. Building an engine is so methodical, especially when you haven't done one before lol
Thanks man, I’ve rebuild a few engines. I’m a auto tech by trade.
Epic! Definitely excited about this build!
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Subscribed because 4G63
Thanks for this video! Good job!
thank you for your work man i would appreciate if you would have explained your process
Thank you, I'll get better at doing that.
Sick video, chill music too. I just rebuilt my stock gsx last year. What ring gaps and bearing clearances?
Top ring .019 bottom .021 and bearings were at .0020
😎👍
Great vid + music choice
DAYUM! You spent a grip of cash on this Eclipse!
Am planning on converting my FTO to 4wd using the 4g63 as well not sure where to start but Amma try
I’m not familiar with the fto since we didn’t get them in the states, but I know people do 4g63 swap 3000gts etc
Were do i get a set off piston rings and a rebuilt kit for my 4g63 no tobo

Plasti gauge to measure clearances
Hello. What do you recommend? I want to build a 4g63 that is faster. I have a non-turbo standard.
Does yours have the 4g63 motor or 420a?
@@DaimerPerez 4g63

@@DaimerPerez Thank you. if we do it all motor. what advice do you give me? I'm already admitting ...

Did it last long since ARP not ratchet up to torque specs you ment do it in one long sweep
When you see me do the quick ratchet is just to get the nut snug. And yes the motor is healthy for 2 years now around 500 awhp
How many times have you built a 4G63? Looks like you knew exactly what you were doing.
This is my second one, however I’m auto technician by trade. So I’ve rebuilt a few engines In the past. These are pretty simple to rebuild

En donde puedo con segir un motor usado o si AL Guin sa ve para este modelo 1990
