Great video, thanks. I'm used to sailing in Dubai and the Med; would you still see boats sailing during the cold seasons in the south of England? Or as we say in Scotland.... it's not bad weather.... it's bad cloths!!! LOL
Brilliant Video. Very professional. Excellent pilotage guide. Agree about “Jilling” about whilst waiting for the bridges, if you wish to berth at Cobbs. Is this old footage? As I had thought you had sold your boat to buy your next boat renovation project!
Hi John, it is old footage it's a video I thought I had already released 🙄. So a quick re edit and we are off. I have some footage of South Deep anchorage, and a failed attempt to anchor on the South West corner of Brownsea, but nothing of the rest of the harbour - and certainly not enough to make up a full video I'm afraid
Brilliant if you could do another one covering all the anchorage spots and pilotage around the harbour islands!
As ex SAS I remember my boss taking a short cut which wrecked our propeller blades. Yes, keep to the channel markers.

Absolutely yes. If you have a good boat heating system you can enjoy the South coast when it's quiet. Recommend it.
Outstanding thanks
You're welcome. Thanks for watching

Thanks - perhaps a project in your "new" refitted boat@@confidencesailing
One of the largest natural harbours in Europe? It's the second biggest natural harbour in the world, second only to Sydney.
Have a look at Cork and the Gulf of Morbihan to mention just two! Office of Tourism guff, and I lived there.
