Another awesome walk in another fantastic area of England here in Poole Dorset thank you for another look at another beautiful city here in England.🇬🇧👋👋🇬🇧
We were there last summer. Our first holiday since 2017 as I was diagnosed with Leukaemia in May 2018…..lots and lots of chemotherapy, complications, more chemotherapy and finally a stem cell transplant. Then along came Covid. So it was a very much longed for holiday, and much appreciated. We didn’t go in the town……stayed by the river and water. It was lovely.
We really enjoy all your walks. Helps with planning for upcoming trips to the UK. I've noticed that on some videos you mention the date and time you shot, that is also very helpful. It would be great if you added that info to the description for all videos. Cheers from Vancouver Canada.
3:20 They are two rulers joined by two hinged splints. Usually about a foot long each. You can draw a line on a chart with one and then slide the other over to another point and draw another line parallel to the first. It must be early in the morning? I have never seen it so quiet, not even during Covid. 5:55 It's a wierd piece of Art but it's a nice viewing platform. I thought it was pompous and stupid at first but over the years have realised its importance :-) 7:02 Good luck on getting over that :-) 10:55 I thought those things were steak, the price seemed right ... they tasted awful. 11:35 You are crossing over from LUSH, one of Poole's most important places ... Its scent is heavy and flamboyant, Girls love the place :-) 13:45 Poole was here even in the Bronze Age, long before The Iron Age. I tried to tell them that in The Museum but 'what do I know'. :-) 15:34 Lord Nelson has the best Beer in Dorset (honest). 16:30 Holy Crap! Was this in February? If so then you have captured an image of "Promise.D" . 17:09 On the poster, that little green appendix is the overated, highfalutin place called Sandbanks. The yellow thread to its right is Bournmouth Beach extended, it is nice sand. OK Here it is: I quite enjoyed that! I have lived here now for like 30 years and it has changed a lot but it has never lost its soul. It is good that You turned right at T'he Slug and Lettuce' and avoided the typical derelict High Street of Britain today :-)

Sandbanks, just up the road apiece is the jewel, and a trip to Brownsea Island is also good 👍👍
I'm heading that way soon ;)

Will definitely try!
Another great & fantastic video of POOLE DORSET👌👌
Thank you so much 😀
Very topical for me. I'm up the road near Wareham on holiday this week. I was in Poole the other day, it always seems to rain when I go there ☔
Ah it feels like it rains everywhere now - for the last six months 😮😮
i love poole man. my grandad was born in the swan inn just next to the quay! lots of good memories + family meetups there.
They are for plotting a route on charts for shipping
Ahhh I see!
From North Yorkshire to Dorset 🤔. Back to the sea ⛵❤, sounds of seagulls, waves, no tourists (it looks absolutely dead). Love it. 👍👏
Can't beat it!

Couldn't agree more!
