If we edit a mod that's already tied to an existing save are we able to update it and still use it on that save? or do we have to start a brand new world for the changes to take effect?

Looking through the modding list so far I do not see anything about how to mod the UI. Will you be covering that soon do you think?

The only way to mod the UI would be to replace the graphics in assets.json. The current framework doesn't allow more.
