As a person who was taken advantage of when they were younger. This whole MAP thing ultimately dehumanized me, by saying kids can consent. And I say that what I experience I say that kids are just too young. Before, the older person had tricked me into intercourse and I actually thought that was normal for me, he made me thought it was normal. Until when I bring it up and actually view how my friends were raised. It was traumatizing. Looking at "MAP rights" truly terrifies me for the future generation. I dont draw loli or anything but I have some characters that are on the smaller, more petite side because that's what I look like. I draw all sorts of people and kids and small people are part of that, but I would never make them take part in sexual activities in my art?! They can look childlike and be an adult who canonically is not a virgin but where I draw the line is where their looks are capitalized on in a sexual way, you know what I mean? Never ever should somebody be sexualized for being a child or looking like one

Speaking as someone who went through sexual abuse as a child- the defense that it brings up some important topic is absolutely wrong. Reading CP is NOT a way a child should learn to deal with their trauma. When it’s depicted as something sexy or desirable that’s when you lose the meaning- that sexual abuse against minors is incredibly damaging to their development. I have a handful for issues I have had to deal with for years because of my abuse AND I’m a transguy so this entire thing has me MEGA SPICED.

I once had an argument with an adult (I am a minor) about why it’s unethical to draw and post cp. They tried to justify it. JUSTIFY it. I then pointed out how the audience of a normal artist (like me) is different from the audience of a cp artist. Cp is content exploited children, you cannot exploit a fictional minor. Now what the artist said was fucked up: basically that minors need to see content like theirs. Which is child exploitation of she shows it to minor which I pray to God she hasn't. This is the reason we need to make sure she doesn't have a platform. I'm all for people drawing fictional minors however they want if they put warnings and shit on their accounts, but as soon as they say it's okay to show to minors and encourage it that is not okay and borderline illegal. I agree with everything you say but the “kids might see it” argument. There’s plenty of screwed up and disturbing content online. It could be just as easy for a kid to stumble across some normal NSFW art or pornographic content which could also be damaging to the child, but it isn’t the internets job to censor itself. It falls on the parents to keep their kids safe.
The thing is kids seeing this kind of content could open them to being manipulated into thinking pedophilia is okay. Along with it triggering survivors. Yes it is a parents job to watch their child and the internet shouldn't be the teacher of your child but if you show porn to a child with the mindset "they'll end up seeing it anyway" It don't sound too great

Just because people are stealing already doesn’t mean we need to ignore one thief. That kind of mindset makes it worse. It sounds like there’s so much porn online already that now I should join in cause it exists, so it must be okay. Kids might see it. It’s gonna harm them. No matter how much porn exists for children to find, doesn’t mean others should continue to make it and post it in places that children regularly access. And we will have to help to fix that problem, even if it’s one person at a time. I have been around so many kids that the parents don’t monitor so it’s starting to become the responsibility of the people creating this stuff to monitor where they post or what they post, too, because even if the parents sucks, doesn’t mean we need to just ignore the kids who don’t deserve to find this stuff.

For me it was the reverse. I think the moral of the story is if you have an opposite opinion and say it in the wrong place, some people are gonna be mad at you instead of being cool with a normal conversation about it. The trick is to find people that are open to talking through opposing points-of-view with you to learn about both sides of the argument, and to ignore the people that are just there to freak out and get angry or wrongfully misinterpret you. Bad people are on both sides.

This topic is too complicated and grey for people to simplify; forming opinions on issues that they cannot understand or are not willing to listen to. Not to mention the amount of CSA survivors talking over each other like they're the personal spokesman of sexual trauma. Your experience does not validate in telling others what is best for them. Should porn like this be privatised and properly tagged? ABSOLUTELY! Is Stwawbwewy Milk in the wrong? Yes, because they believe minors should be exposed to their content which is not okay. Minors don't have the same critical thinking and cognitive process than full-fledged adults; they're more impulsive and are easily persuaded. I wanna thank you for your level headed and reasonable opinion and response to the video. I actually agree with you, as some CSA victims can experience a variety of "problematic" and taboo behaviours as coping mechanisms. Things like using art as a way of working through those complicated feelings of child sexuality and sexualization as a result of the trauma are, in my opinion, not automatically unethical and art as expression is also applicable to topics we deem "toxic and problematic." However they should be tagged as such and not available to a public audience that includes minors. And their identity is not an excuse for that. Sorry this is long, I just wanted to say I agree and appreciate your nuanced view of the situation rather than jumping to throwing around incredibly harmful labels and accusations.

Her account really should have been private lol (I don't know if she's on the platform anymore since I checked it out when Yuki's video about her came out). the fact that her style is very childlike means that if her art were still up, MANY kids would access it easily and indulge in the content she's putting out. they'll see this shit, think it's normal because it gets so much intention and could be easily groomed and put themselves in harms way. this isn't ok. I remember, possibly a few months ago, Creepshow Art did a video about this and she got a lot of criticism because she called her a predator and even showed the art on the video, and also this huge debate on whether the art was CP or not.
Yes because the person she called a predator is not; nothing illegal about the person's art; these art youtubers are spreading misinformation on this person. I agree the art is gross and triggering but it's not illegal. Just block and move on, this is how they cope.
Also they're is such a clear difference. Child trauma art is to show the lasting effects of the abuse or just pain of it without being fun sexual or arousing it's supposed to be dark not sexual and painful thoughts into art. I saw it, too. I think it's the only or at least most obvious example of trauma art from Aggy. It was sickening, but in more of a, "What the heck happened to you?" kind of way. And honestly, it might even benefit somebody who suffered trauma, in which case, it should not be shared on Twitter or Instagram or any public platform but on some internet forum dedicated to helping each other deal with trauma. That being said, any of Aggy's other works besides Puppy Milk are just straight up pr0n and should not be sold, shared, or circulated. I'm not gonna tell Aggy what to draw in private, but cp is illegal and you shouldn't share it.
The characters are not sexualized. It was one of the least sexy things I ever saw in my life and was a portrayal of deep childhood traumas that were heart-wrenching and emotional.

Have the entire comic be this person's life, and maybe even have them be an adult with the explicit scenes as flashbacks. More than anything, if it's supposed to be this kind of content, then that person has no idea in what they're doing, and their personal matter aside, they're sick in the head for thinking this is anywhere near right. She was also called out for linking to the alleged CP (linked minors to her twitter. I know she came on Edwin's stream later and was all "my fans are adults, my youtube statistics", using the Onision excuse, despite the fact that SO MANY comments on her video was "I am 13/I am underage/I am a child and I found those drawings disturbing"). Oh, and she also used what she claimed to be CP as a thumbnail. She was just very stupid and irresponsible about the whole thing, and then ignored CSA victims who tried to explain to her how badly handled that video was.

actually, the case of shota n stuff in general is way more complicated than law and than the points you brought up because it doesn't actually abuse minors. but basically, in my opinion, it must be kept away from people like people who are triggered, easily influenced by this, minors of course, and even if I find it pretty disgusting and triggering, as long as it is behind closed doors, kept away from people who absolutely shouldn't see it, and not acting inappropriate with it, I don't really see the problem apart from the obvious trigger. it is shocking art depicting a crime just like something gore or torture. however there is always a risk of a predator grooming a minor with this, and for that I think that minors must be way much protected and restricted on the internet to avoid letting them meet creeps and criminals. (and also put those scums in prison) but that case is not inherently a problem due to that type of art, criminals can find ways with anything and the problem must be attacked to the roots. also, I might add that drawing that kind of content to cope is unhealthy. as for people who consume it and make it, it's also way more complex than this. there are people who are pedophiles and restrict their urges like this, people who aren't and like it just in fiction, people who depict it in a horrible way in a way that isn't fetishized at all as prevention, people who just want to be edgy.... A lot of the arguments I hear from ppl who support drawn cheese pizza pretty much boils down to "you shouldn't point out what I do/like/consume is harmful, doing so is censorship/oppression!" I've heard that art like hers can be allowed legally with the approval of a therapist as an outlet for trauma (don't quote me on this, I don't know for sure if it's true.) Speaking as someone who went through sexual abuse as a child- the defense that it brings up some important topic is absolutely wrong. Reading CP is NOT a way a child should learn to deal with their trauma. When it’s depicted as something sexy or desirable that’s when you lose the meaning- that sexual abuse against minors is incredibly damaging to their development. I have a handful for issues I have had to deal with for years because of my abuse AND I’m a transguy so this entire thing has me MEGA SPICED.

I agree with everything you say but the “kids might see it” argument. There’s plenty of screwed up and disturbing content online. It could be just as easy for a kid to stumble across some normal NSFW art or pornographic content which could also be damaging to the child, but it isn’t the internets job to censor itself. It falls on the parents to keep their kids safe.
The thing is kids seeing this kind of content could open them to being manipulated into thinking pedophilia is okay. Along with it triggering survivors. Yes it is a parents job to watch their child and the internet shouldn't be the teacher of your child but if you show porn to a child with the mindset "they'll end up seeing it anyway" It don't sound too great

Just because people are stealing already doesn’t mean we need to ignore one thief. That kind of mindset makes it worse. It sounds like there’s so much porn online already that now I should join in cause it exists, so it must be okay. Kids might see it. It’s gonna harm them. No matter how much porn exists for children to find, doesn’t mean others should continue to make it and post it in places that children regularly access. And we will have to help to fix that problem, even if it’s one person at a time. I have been around so many kids that the parents don’t monitor so it’s starting to become the responsibility of the people creating this stuff to monitor where they post or what they post, too, because even if the parents sucks, doesn’t mean we need to just ignore the kids who don’t deserve to find this stuff.

For me it was the reverse. I think the moral of the story is if you have an opposite opinion and say it in the wrong place, some people are gonna be mad at you instead of being cool with a normal conversation about it. The trick is to find people that are open to talking through opposing points-of-view with you to learn about both sides of the argument, and to ignore the people that are just there to freak out and get angry or wrongfully misinterpret you. Bad people are on both sides.

This topic is too complicated and grey for people to simplify; forming opinions on issues that they cannot understand or are not willing to listen to. Not to mention the amount of CSA survivors talking over each other like they're the personal spokesman of sexual trauma. Your experience does not validate in telling others what is best for them. I wanna thank you for your level headed and reasonable opinion and response to the video. I actually agree with you, as some CSA victims can experience a variety of "problematic" and taboo behaviours as coping mechanisms. Things like using art as a way of working through those complicated feelings of child sexuality and sexualization as a result of the trauma are, in my opinion, not automatically unethical and art as expression is also applicable to topics we deem "toxic and problematic."
However they should be tagged as such and not available to a public audience that includes minors. And their identity is not an excuse for that.

actually, the case of shota n stuff in general is way more complicated than law and than the points you brought up because it doesn't actually abuse minors.
but basically, in my opinion, it must be kept away from people like people who are triggered, easily influenced by this, minors of course, and even if I find it pretty disgusting and triggering, as long as it is behind closed doors, kept away from people who absolutely shouldn't see it, and not acting inappropriate with it, I don't really see the problem apart from the obvious trigger. it is shocking art depicting a crime just like something gore or torture.

A lot of the arguments I hear from ppl who support drawn cheese pizza pretty much boils down to "you shouldn't point out what I do/like/consume is harmful, doing so is censorship/oppression!" I don’t support drawn “cheese pizza”. I’ve never been called out because I don’t create/consume it. I don’t like it but I believe that it has the right to exist. If we start censoring everything that is morally incorrect in fiction, what’d we have left? Plain and unrealistic stories. The human mind can be disturbing and create disturbed things. That’s part of the beauty in it. Now, based in what I just said you may think you have figured out. You don’t. I wouldn’t call having different opinions censorship. Speaking from your own platform and fighting for what you believe is perfectly fine. The problem is some of you can’t take no for an answer. If an artist decides they don’t wanna listen and obey then harassment is used as a tool for getting your point across. Some of you end up censoring others since if an artist is dog piled they’ll most likely stop posting out of fear. That’s wrong.

@@marcelaveliz2711 works that deal with disturbing and possibly harmful topics have a right to exist, but there's a difference between a work which shows something disgusting and frames it as such, and works where you are supposed to find said disgusting act appealing. It's all about context, and in a work you're supposed to jack off to, cheese pizza, drawn or not, is horrific and messed up. Like Yuki said, no one is saying you shouldn't be allowed to make vent art, and art can and should be used to discuss such topics. Posting it for people to romaticize is a whole different game.
Nobody cares if this stuff is censored besides pedos, and we really shouldn't care if we "hurt" them or not by banning this kind of stuff.
I've heard that art like hers can be allowed legally with the approval of a therapist as an outlet for trauma (don't quote me on this, I don't know for sure if it's true.) However that does not mean it should be posted, much less posted for PROFIT. If you are venting trauma in such a way, that is something to be kept between you and your therapist. Period.

but id like to say something in defense of artists who use this type of art to cope with trauma(not aggy specifically!)
they are not pedos. they are people who had to deal with being assaulted at a young age and use their art to cope with it. which i know seems counter productive, but its actually recommended by a lot of therapists.
i really dont think its fair to say "a pedos a pedo" in regards to this type of vent art. i know i and many others started drawing this stuff at a very young age to handle what happened. it puts the abused in a position of power. we can make anything happen to anyone in the situation, and thats what this art is all about. power.
we didnt have power when we were abused and we want to take it back with our art.
its extremely hurtful to hear you say you believe that people who make this content is a pedophile. artists who cope like this are not attracted to kids, fictional or real. i cant recall a single artist that copes like this who puts themself in the position of the abuser(other than aggy maybe), we are always placing ourselves in the position of the abused. im sure they exist, but they are the minority.
bottom line, aggy is awful, her work was clearly made to be sexualized. but please dont let her actions be the deciding factor of how you see artists who cope using art like this.

Creepshow art did this like, 4 months ago and got shat on for calling stwawbwewy milk out. :/ while i totally agree with this, i am also not very happy about the hypocrisy on youtube where one channel will be praised for speaking up about it but another will be chastised and treated like crap for it.... i get it, not everyone likes shanon, but the hypocrisy is still real.

this is a great video, although I would suggest that you don't use the term "transgenderism," as a trans person it feels really uncomfortable to hear that term. it feels like it's turning transness into an organization or cultural phenomena, which can harbour some pretty dangerous implications. other than that, this was great ! hope to see more content in the future
