Yes! Kids can make candles so that’s how I like to exploit my sim children lol

- make drawings (they only sell for maximum 5 simoleons and that’s on full skill, though)
- make candles
- cook (with help)
- I think tend gardens now
- get famous/make videos for money (this takes forever though because they can only make videos)

Hear me out- a legacy type of challenge but with can you get rich. Each legacy has to do a different can you get rich rags to riches type of situation. Maybe you start off with a rags to riches photographer who has to scrounge up enough money to support a child. Then when that child grows up maybe you do a rags to riches with vending machines. And so on with all the different types of can you get rich just by blank. You can fine tune the idea I just think that would be really funny to have a legacy of careers that just scrounge money up.

also if you take selfie with a sim (you can take 5 selfies at one interaction) it boosts the friendship bar so much it feels like cheating
@@katehibbitts8870 Once I had a sim who was an influencer so she was addicted to taking photos and had photos of herself all around her room/mansion. It was kinda creepy and narcissist, but I enjoyed building her weird personality
Here's a cool thing about photography: It's a rags to riches method that EVERY Sim can use, straight out the gate, regardless of what packs you do or don't have, if you're on console, etc. I mean, Sims in this game appear to be BORN with smartphones in their hands, so...

What I do I I steal the art from the Museum in Oasis Springs, Then Replace it With Random Junk in my Inventory and the paintings.. Using Wicked whims And The Paint by Reference option.. To replace the art with nude portraits of my Sims
To me notable newcomer means that like one video went viral and barely anyone stuck around

In my game it only happens when my sim travels to a library lot. Maybe they just go there and borrow a laptop because I've never seen this happened outside a library lot type. Also I believe in some countries you can actually borrow laptops, tablet or eBook reader, so it kinda makes sense

Sims do that laptop thing on library lots. I usually add a bunch kid and toddler stuff to libraries, put my kids in clubs with all the other kids, and have them all hang out at the library a couple times a week. I haven't figured out how to make them pull up a laptop, but they'll do it autonomously.

it’s easier to take lots of photos if u just stack up the action “take photo” while the game is paused as many times as possible and then resume, it’ll just let you take 20-30 pictures at once. in case anyone needs it :)
