@Violet Bean Technically, yes. If you shift click the Grim Reaper, and add him to the family, you can go into CAS, edit him a little bit, and he gains mortality I guess. CallMeKevin managed to kill him in one of his videos.

This is the sim that I always torture with all of these challenges.
The sim: why is this my life.
Florida Man, Ellis Dee, etc.: First time?
Thing we need and want:
- better sibling relationship ( actually arguing with your sibling, sharing, playing with them, fighting, giving advices, discuss boy drama, steal each others stuff and babysit if your sibling is younger)
- better babies
-school gameplay (actually going to school, making projects for a talent show, getting a detention and getting in trouble, studying, sneaking out from class...)
- more animals, farms ( farm animals, unique animals, unusal animals)
- vacations ( packing a suitcase going to the airport and getting on a dream vacation in New York, Paris, London and much more...)
- teen drama ( teens don't have any gameplay, they are just adults that can't start a family yet, we need teen drama like getting excited about a boy and crying over him, having a crush, picking a prom dress for a prom that you are going to with a guy who asked you out in school, dances, selfies, concerts, sneaking out, joining a gang with the bad squad...)
- better elders ( walkers, nursing homes for older ppl, golf, doctor appointments, babysitting their grandchildren and being included in their events and lifes-like parents should be)
- more personality ( being sad and dramatic after a breakup, sassy behavior, feeling happy after getting something you wanted, being selfish, being caring, really liking little kids and babysitting them)
- more traits ( kid lover, bad girl/boy, gang leader, sassy queen/king, caring, selfish, internet addicted, maybe sime sims can have health issues they can't see, hear, sniff, walk, talk...)
- unexpected events (being asked to a dance, aliens knocking on your door, principal wanting to have a talk about their children, scouts selling cookies...)
- more events ( dances, graduation party, prom, toddler playdates, school moms meetings, children's ballet shows, sport compatitions, school project show off, sleepovers...)
- more creatures ( imaginary friends, elfs, fairies, princesses, living statues, butterflies...)
- cars that sims can actually drive
- activities for children ( something fun to do after school, like ballet, karate, football, baseball, gymnastics, selling cookies...)
- more romantic gameplay ( it's always the same, find a random sim in the park, speed everything up to get married and start a family since there are no couple activities at all, sims age too soon and while expanding your couple relationship they get too old for everything, that's why having a teen relationship would help)
- more characters that are not included in our households and families (postman bringing you mail, scouts selling cookies, inspectors, children randomly. knocking on your door...)
- more open worlds
- sims need to age slower, adults can't be a couple without speeding their relationship up bc they get too old to start a family and have kids, grandparents can't see their children grow up bc they die too soon, toddlers are the only generation that's alright and doesn't need to change and toddlers age up the fastest

Just play on long lifespan or turn aging off? Also half of your problems actually are solved in certain packs like parenthood or outdoor retreat. Otherwise fair enough.
I'd like disabled sims. Like instead of some events killing you right away, or just making you dazed, there could be another step where your sims end up wheel chair bound, permanently! And you have Ramps instead of stair cases or ladders.

That would be cool too! What if there's an option to make a disabled sim right off the bat, or the possibility of being disabled later. I'd love to have a one armed Sim personally (like my Opa!).

I think it's from her MC Command Center or some other mod. I've seen it somewhere before, though I can't remember where, and there's an option you can turn on that will increase the bladder motive whenever the sim showers. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it's normally part of the game.
I found the one I was talking about: Shower Bladder Reliever by PolarBearSims, from ModTheSims. There might be others that do the same thing, but this is the one I know of.

I used to do this a lot in sims 3. One of my sims even died (of old age) during a dumpster dive, it was glorious. Glad the dumpsters are back, can’t wait to play with them if I ever get this pack!
Is "Dumpster Diving" a skill? LIke a hidden skill that builds up over time because her luck when she was "Diving for Deals" skyrocketed toward the end of this video.
I dunno, but it'd be cool if it was. I somehow had insane luck early on with my own try, however. Like, the very first thing I found was a fancy expensive toilet, followed quickly by the most expensive basegame bed (scratched but useable), not too long after that a laptop computer, and somewhere along the way, two fridges, a sink and a microwave. All this took less than a week. :)
this would make such a fun challenge/series, I would love a part two!

I recently started a dumpster-challenge household. One of the VERY FIRST THINGS she found was the most expensive basegame bed--and_ it was sleepable. Oh, and the fancy Snowy Escape toliet with the built-in bidet. Then I found a Princess Cordelia bathtub right when I needed a bathtub for a toddler. Oh, and a freaking computer! And then my dust bunny found me a $300 toybox. (I decided I could have ONE dust friend.)
Mind you a lot of the stuff I'm finding is of course actual unuseable junk, but the things I find that I _can_ use are real keepers (once you fix them). I've upgraded my sink once and my fridge TWICE from the dumpster alone!

Dumpster Diving to Cargo Bin Household; A Wholesome Story
For any of y'all that do love to dumpster dive in real life: go to colleges after the students move out. My old college usually had a 'rummage' or 'salvage' area in the commons where people could put items that were still useful but they didn't want. Despite that, neat stuff would still wind up in the dumpsters. I found some cool lamps and my mom found one of those $300 jackets that were made with a thin fabric but still kept you warm. You can find some lucky finds.

And maybe you could only use something u have found in the dumpster as if the item gets unlocked for you in build mode so you can buy it and just see how much of a nice house you can build from that.

Thanks for this awesome idea, doing this challenge myself and found it so far to be the only truly difficult challenge I've done so far in Sims 4.
This was the first thing I did when I got eco lifestyle 😂 except I started with a small empty house and a dumpster instead of only a dumpster, I love this pack more than I thought I would!
I saw a cute Reddit post about a Sim with the freegan trait with an adorable second hand shop of fixed dumpster dive items. You can fix the burnt items with an item you get at the top of an Eco Lifestyle career (I think a smog vacuum?), or alternatively, with a spell.
In my game, Billie Jang aged to teen with a maker trait before I started playing with her, I’m thinking Freegan and a second hand shop could be in her future. I’m sure her parents will be frustrated (they start very near the top of their careers, and now their daughter freaks out at the thought of a real job) but also proud.
I wish burned furniture were usable, it should have like moodlets and be poor quality. But you can sit on broken furniture in real life. And there should be an option to repair for a fee, not replace. Because now if I use the dumpster I use a mod, a spellcaster or cheat the smog vacuum.
Yeah but I also wish she had sold the dirty extra furniture instead of recycling it. But I guess she didn't want to 😅

The sims 3 would spawn expensive furniture in the junkyard you get with Ambitions. They usually weren't worth a lot but salvage and sell was a good side hustle for a lot of Sim related challenges.
