I don’t have $7k to pay for a service with unsatisfactory results and walk away saying “oh well”. I kind of think you should be obligated to give your feedback to that shop. They need to know the service they provide is subpar. I think that would benefit the next customer who doesn’t know anything about car care (like me). Just my opinion. Thanks!
Congrats on the new car! She's beautiful! I would give the shop the heads up that the PPE they got is likely messed up from the factory. Ive been in a similar situation, I just let them know I'm fixing the two spots I had and they made an insurance claim to get a new roll sent out.

Hey Mad, I recently discovered multiple rock chips on my hood. Idk when I got them but I have like 3 or 4 on my hood and 1 on my front bumper. They’re not that noticeable, if I supply the touch up paint , would it be strange to ask a detailer if they could do it for me? And then do paint correction on the whole vehicle? My thought process is get the rock chips touched up, paint correct the whole car (it needs it), ceramic coating and then getting the whole front end PPF’d.
Hey bro...just wanted to say, much as I love me a Supra, I did notice that the one you got has the Volkswagen-style lug studs, instead of lug nuts. Have you talked to Toyota about possibly changing the lug studs on your car to lug nuts? Otherwise, very cool car, bro.

Love the Supra, great looking car. I do wish it was more Toyota and less BMW. Performance wise it is fine, reliability not so much. A modern day 2JZ would be really cool.
Did i hear that correct? You paid $7,000 for PPF? Thats seems insanely high. We have a shop here in southern california thats considered one of the best. I paid $1,500 for my jeep grand cherokee and ive had multiple friends get cars (Model X, Model S) that paid about the same price give or take a couple hundred. But we do all pay $150 a year for maintence for 4 years.

Try heat to remove water spots on PPF. If it is self healing like XPEL

The new BMWs seem to be a lot more reliable and make big power easily. I also have a 2023 g87 m2 that we are going to be building here soon.
