    Remember on the stockings that you can always have the front of them matching and then do the back in a complimentary color. I have done this and it works. Use a flat flannel sheet or tablecloth for extra savings.

    Do you know why the Pomona pectic requires less sugar?

    • @ThrilledThrifter
      @ThrilledThrifter  Год назад

      I did research before I bought and here is what I read.
      Pomona's Universal is a low methoxyl type pectin derived form citrus peels and pulp. Its jelling power is activated by the calcium naturally present in most fruits, not by sugar content. (Box contains a separate portion of monocalcium phosphate for use with fruits especially low in calcium.)

    Hi Julie, just a loving strong reminder that Christmas is Jesus Christ…only Jesus! God has said in His Word that He will Not share His Glory with another! There is NO room for Santa, or anything secular that takes the focus off of Jesus…and why He came! Secular celebrations can do their thing on another day if that’s what they think “Christmas” is all about! Christmas is when we totally focus on our Lord and Saviour…Jesus Christ! ❤

I have and it is delicious. You actually bowl the cobs after your cut the corn off the cobs and boil the cobs. Not sure if folks in Texas put up corn for creamed corn to freeze. We do in South Georgia. You can find the recipe online. Just thought I would share.

    I would love to find one of those hampers you showed us. I would buy it in a heart beat. I have to take my laundry to the garage at the other end of the house. I'm a little disabled, it would be perfect for me. I would put mine in a closet so the dog couldn't get in it. My daughter had her wedding dress preserved in a box. You would thank it's gold the way she protects that thing. Right now its in storage in TX. She moved last year and it got left in storage. She's dying to go back and pick it up. She had moved a bunch of times and has hauled the dress everywhere.

I was wondering if you could taste the jelly at less sugar before doing the rest of the process since everything is cooked. I live in Canada and I use a powder that we have and it uses less than half the amount of sugar. Have used it for years for strawberry and any other fruits. It tastes more like fruit than all that sugar. Have used it probably for 25 years. Never use the other kind at all, you are correct way two much sugar, and we don’t need it either, but like to make jam and it is freezer jam so no boiling just put in containers and freeze or in frig and eat within a few weeks.

    Your video’s - one of the best - are fabulous so I cannot imagine why anyone would want to “exit.” Weird.
    Elizabeth is not just beautiful, she is a very smart girl to boot.
    Man I loved that bread box. It would have scrubbed up fine. A bit of steal wool and detergent would have cleaned up that tile fine.
    Makeup or no you are beautiful.
    Just watch out, Pectin can cause the “back door trots” in some people 🚽
