Great to see another amazing cockpit build great job mate. I built a full scale P-51 Mustang cockpit for DCS. It’s amazing the difference you experience when your controls are fixed to a frame. Bug1
Super cool. Really think you got something great there. I do not have the technical know-how to put that together, however I just finished my Computer builds. First build I have done in 10 years. Build as follows EVGA Supernova 1300 PSU *Z790Maximus Hero motherboard *Intel i9 13900K CPU, *1Tb M.2 Drive plus 1Tb SSD, * 32Gb DDR5 6000/34CL RAM, *MSI GeForce Gaming Trio 4090 GPU. I KNOW I over built, but I'm focused on DCS and the F14B Tomcat. I just Subscribed. Hope to see more from you.
Just wow. Incredible work. One has to wonder what it means that civilians can have near military grade simulators in their garages that 10 years ago only NATO Air Force squadrons had on their airbases. Have you tried it in VR to see if its a one to one mapping with tactile feedback and increased immersion?
Sick cockpit man looks great. One small thing - manually switching to POS/GPS is worse than allowing the system to be in POS/AINS after a good alignment. POS/AINS means the GPS is aiding the INS solution and the two are working together to produce a tighter aircraft location. Cheers

It is the one I see more detailed and realistic but apparently they don't make it anymore.
My god this is so impressive. I’ve always wanted something like this…I don’t have a 3-D printer or anything like that, but where does someone begin to build a Hornet cockpit like this? Is there a place that sells all the panels and displays??

Do you have any advice for getting into building my own flips and switches for dcs? Obviously I'd have to start small, but I am curious what sort of skill and intuition is required to start creating something like this. A stellar job, truly a statement of dedication and craft!
only sad thing about these are the screens you need to be able to look around at the bandit you are fighting track ir could work with this but it would feel off such a beautiful cockpit to end up having to use a vr headset to get full enjoyment out of it
How do you toggle the screen to look like that with out the canopy bow on screen and the dash as well? I haven’t figured out how to do that as well, it’s immersion breaking to see a double canopy bow .

DCS doesn't have the super hornet, though. It's the F/A 18C Hornet.
