    I love how actionable your videos are Chase, I was just taking notes yesterday from your video "The NEW WAY to Run Facebook Ads in 2024" so that I can get my campaigns set up in a way that makes sense. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

    Biggest setback is getting to understand what kind of creatives a specific product needs. I may be wrong, but some products need specific creatives, as for some other products these specific creatives may not work. For example, a home decoration product needs no Problem Solution or Comparison creatives but only Product Focus (in my opinion). Finding the right balance of all this can be hard and both time and money consuming. Great video btw, loved this one. 🙌🏻

    Biggest pain point is actually creating ad creative that converts well. We've had some luck but no earth shattering results that create real change in the revenue.

    biggest pain point has to be how to know exactly how much you need you say about your product in the texts because some of them have a lot that could be said but you don't wanna overwhelm them

    • @ChaseChappell

      Keep it to a few bullets and short 2-3 second clips deliver the information around what most customers ask about.

    Hi Chase, another great video as always! Question: How much time do you give an ad creative to make a sale before turning that ad off (3 days?) - I look forward to your response. Thanks

    • @ChaseChappell
      @ChaseChappell  11 месяцев назад +1

      5-7 Days. Depends on the cost of the product and budget as well.

    Been binge watching all your videos recently. My question is how do you know which ads to use for which audience? For example videos for cold audience and comparisons/offers and nice imagery for warm? And do you use the same ads for interest based ads and lookalike ads? Thanks

    • @ChaseChappell
      @ChaseChappell  11 месяцев назад

      1. Test the same ads in each to identify which ads will work best in each audience for interest, broad & lookalikes.
      2. For retargeting you can have specific ads that are custom to that audience so people get retargeted with ads that fill in the information gap they need or for you to offer them a special discount to get them to move forward.

      1. Scale back.
      2. Refresh Creatives.
      3. Double check your site conversion rate/traffic to see what might be leading to a drop off/decline.
