I bought a bag like that, threw it in my food processor and into a freezer bag. Flatten and make indents across the bag and freeze flat. Now instant chopped garlic from the freezer for weeks (or months). Best hack ever.

Q: how do you keep the package of garlic from spoiling? I’ve tried putting it in glass jars in the fridge, but that doesn’t work all of the time.
In the fridge a week. I freeze it! I have a video on how I do it releasing soon!
