    Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge and information. Your work is amazing. I enjoyed seeing all you have accomplished and are doing. Grocery foraging and gathering wood for the cold days ahead always makes me smile. Great to see Taylor and Otto also. Take Care and a prayer said for the family. Roel

      Okra did great, not a good bean year for me either though, not sure what was going on. Seems all my legumes have struggled

      @HoneybeeHollowGardens thank goodness! I mean. We were afraid it was just us. But I had a 7 foot high pole bean patch that made three beans, stayed green, did nothing!

      @@forgingandurbanfarmingatt4745 none of my beans have done great, not even the cowpeas. Tons of growth on my butterbeans but very few pods.
      I think it may be due to all the rain we have from like 3 back to back hurricane rains. That or the extreme heat, we had 3 weeks of 100+ degree weather in June which is pretty unusual- it usually doesn’t stay consistent like that for that long

    Do you have issues with ticks and if so, how do you deal with them?

    • @HoneybeeHollowGardens
      @HoneybeeHollowGardens  4 месяца назад +1

      Not really, they crawl off our dogs onto us & that’s the biggest vector.
      I think wearing rubber boots & tucking the pants into them really helps
