Happy Holidays to you and yours. Those ground nuts are very interesting, but I had the notion they were going to more like nuts and not a starch. I love how you inoculated those large fallen trees, working with nature and insuring years of food. I always learn something from your videos. Otto’s baby take is adorable as he is. Cherish these moments!
Loved the forest view from above. Just beautiful! Nice drone work, Wil. What type of trees were those that were blown down in the hurricane? They were huge! Boby Otto is growing like a little weed. He's adorable!
The little one is growing so fast. It is so fun when they start making all the sounds and really being engaged with you. loved the video. Bless you all and Merry Christmas🎄
Have to say your video scared the stuff out of me at about 20:30! I was watching your fire stove and listening to the crackling of the fire and had glanced up for just a second and when I looked back down - I saw your house on fire! Realized it was the "fade in-out" of the fire stove😊
Merry Christmas, so sweet to see little man he is getting so big.also awesome to see him spending time outside with you.ive been missing your videos don't know why.but I will resubscribe hopefully that works and I want miss anymore.❤
Thanks Will just what I needed on a Sunday morning here down under. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you and your family. God bless the 3 of you 🎄🎉🎄🎊🎄
You gave me mushie fever. I have turkey tails everywhere. Going to learn more about the others soon. Great video. Beautiful family. Thank you for your videos Will. ❤
Congrats on baby❤. Enjoyed all of the drone shots and other photography and activities. I am in Ind and just purchased a tree plug kits. Will use Beech trees. Wish me luck. Merry Christmas.
Seeing the land from above is quite interesting. I see you using permaculture principles there. The skies at the end were spectacular. Similar to a rainbow around the sun. Do you have a name for that? Merry Christmas to you, Taylor and Otto.
That is interesting that a wedge will work. Thanks for sharing that. I am curious if it only works with Oyster mushrooms though. Your cinematography has gotten next level...well done Sir! Have not heard of ground nuts before - had to google because I was first thinking they were Jerusalem Artichokes - they don't look to appetizing but hey, in a pinch. What did look good was whatever Taylor was making...Sorry but you are both wrong, neither Ritz or saltines (we call soda crackers) should be eaten with that...a nice slab of fresh bread would fit the bill perfectly! Good video! Merry Christmas and all the best in 2025!!
Oh and I’ve only ever tried the edge inoculation with oysters. It might would work with shiitakes here. Depends on where you are I guess. I can’t get many other mushrooms to produce well with the traditional inoculation method
Do you like that blue-handled shovel you were using at minute 11? I'm looking for a new sturdy shovel along those lines, but most shovels I get lately have very weak blades that crack or chip.
Yes its good, I think it was called the root slayer, from lowes. Best shovel I've ever had was from AM Leonard. Its older than me and the wooden handle just recently rotted off
Beautiful video, beautiful family!!!❤❤❤ QUESTION,,Will, do you still work at R&R? I know you have plenty of your own things to record now, but I've noticed lately that your videos have no R&R things. I am just a curious old lady.😂 Enjoyed watching, as usual. One day I'll be able to start a patreon for your precious family.
Thank you and yes I still work there part time. I sometimes have a hard time transitioning the locations in the videos though. Makes it hard to flow well. Therefore I just film at my house now
You are so talented! ❤
See baby on Will's back is so precious. Raising him right. Thanks for the drone video, I makes us feel like we are there with ya

After 30 years, let me give you a tip. Put your lights on when they're lit

Not sure what the rainbow around the sun is called, sure is spectacular though
