    Hmmm, according to Esserman I would suggest 8.Bf4 instead of 8.Qe2 . BTW, after 6..Nf6 Black is not busted if he finds 7.e5 Ng4! (or even 7..Nd7 might work).

    I like this one better than delaying Nf6. For I have researched the later and with that knowledge so throughough it is a wrestle back and forth of advantages not as clear

      Surely, you mean 1e4 c5; 2d4 cxd4; 3 c3 Nf6; That is the main Morra Gambit declined and going into the Alapin variation '

    Normally in the morra gambit, in the line you shown, white will push e5 in the 7th move, he will not wait until black plays Nf6

    in my long years experience as Sicilian player I can say this defense - the Evans defense - is definitely the best line against the Morra and the only one which is easily playable
