I never warmed to this song. I think its the lack of distinct guitar sounds. Too electronic, and lacking a typical 'Everly' feel. Just my opinion. I know a lot fellow Everly fans liked it though.

I see what you mean, it's also a shame that maybe Jeff could have injected some strings even into the mix. I love the melody all the same.
