    perhaps you should look at the definition of vehicle in 28-101.87(B)(i)

      I will definitely discuss the ARS that details the definition of a vehicle with the AZDPS the next time I ride with them next month. I am hoping to get a representative from the department to do a video with me on the entirety of the ARS sections that are applicable to this topic.

    great video. also helpful for out of town/snowbird riders. Although i would never ride without lights at night (i also run a rear light in the day time) i was unaware it was an actual law. It's not a actual law where we are from in Canada. but should be

    Arizona doesn't have a law about riding on the side walks it is left up to the manipulate.
