How long does it take to do one full workout? I wanna try ut but I need to wake up in morning with enough time to do it. Also would I do the four or two sets of one type of exercise in a row or would I loop back to them after going through everything once.. Im confused by the “4 x 25” or that type of thing. thanks ^^
@@VeryBerry_005 it took me roughly 40 - 45 minutes. It depends on how many breaks you take in between and how long those breaks are but everyday I ended around 45 minutes. I did everything in one round. I never looped back. I would do what you feel like doing. I believe any way is fine😊 For the 4 x 25 part, there are 4 sets of 25. For example, on the burpees, you will do 25 burpees in one set then take a break. Then for set 2 you will do another 25 burpees. Same for sets 3 and 4. In total for the burpees it will come out to 100. Another example, 2 x 10 plank twists. One set will have 10 plank twists, then you will take a break. Then you will do Set 2, which will be 10 plank twists. Does that make sense? If not I’ll try to explain in a different way🙈
It's my fourth day today.... Actually I combined this with 정국 workout... It takes about an hour and feels great !! It's actually not that difficult if you're regularly doing HIITS.
I did this routine for 6 days total and definitely saw results - my upper abs were developing and my lower belly fat was reducing. I called it “hell workout” while doing it but it works y’all

im thinking about doing this workout for fun lmao i need to keep this in mind because whenever i dance i NEVER stretch i just go straight into it and after im like sore for a whole 2 weeks or something HEDFN def need to stretch more
This looks like an abs workout lol. Btw in case anyone's going to try this, don't do this daily in the long run, 1-2 times/week is enough. Also focus on legs exercise and don't forget to take rest. They're idols so they might need to do this daily, but y'all are not!! Stay healthy and positive❤️
@@kiddeal_ First of all, i would suggest to target every muscle groups in the body instead of just following the same routine everyday. This routine mostly target your abs. Also, imagine doing the same thing daily, you may enjoy it for some time, but you'll lose interest gradually. Secondly, in my opinion, it's better to include both cardio and strength workouts in your workout schedule. Third, it's important to gives your muscles some rest time to let them grow and prevent injuries. If you feel, you can do some light stretches or yoga on rest days. Fourth, as i said in the above comment, they're idols, so their profession require such intense activities, but a common person do workout to stay healthy, 5-6 days of workout is more than enough. Just bcoz they have abs or can do intense workouts, it doesn't necessarily mean they're healthy. Very intense workout make you lose body fat faster, a certain amount of body fat is required to sustain monthly menstrual cycle. So, it's better to do everything in limit. At the end of the day, it's your choice tho!!
@@YoursTAngel I’m sorry to bother you but you seem to be really aware of how to exercise correctly. Actually I play handball and I’m a goal keeper. I have 2 trainings per week and they both last 1h and half. My training is different from the others because I’m more focused on cardio, explosiveness and flexibility. Plus I’m also a dancer so I dance daily. But I planned to add this training to my workout routine. I thought of doing it only the weekend maybe both Saturday and Sunday or just one day. Actually my main goal is to lose weight. I already lost 10 kg in 6 months and now I’m setting my weight and taking time to assimilate my new body. I’ve been going through some sort of body dysmorphia for the last 3 months so I’m taking time to appreciate my new body for what it is. But I still want to lose 7 kg more. My routine seems to not be enough now since my body is used to it I don’t lose weight any more plus my menstruations came back. Does it seem too much for you if I try to add this workout to my routine or is it good ? (Btw, idk if it’s useful to know but when I started losing weight I did it with an health professional but now, I’m fully aware of what it takes mentally and physically to lose weight and maintain a good shape.
im a very sedentary person so i decided to give it a go, on the first day and by half the routine i was feeling like i was gonna pass out 😭 i stopped it but definitely gonna try again tomorrow and finish it. it is truly a hell of a routine but worth it
Just be careful man don’t push yourself too much. Burpees can actually make you pass out. If you’re not used to the up down motion or have low blood pressure.
Same I also tried this workout as an extremely sedentary person who sits and rests all day and the first time i did ut i almost oassed out. FAT TIP** Before you start this PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD do dynamic stretches. After do static stretches. This will help you get better results!!! Edit: This is incredibly important for you to do as well so that you do not damage your body!!
@@kangtaehyuner dynamic stretches are stretches that are done with movement while static stretches are held out. Hey, so I don't normally do this kind of thing (putting my progress in the comments) but today was my first day doing it and I don't want to lose track. So below I'll post my results, I hope to continue doing it until I start school which is in about a month and a bit because I want to have a new me at a new school. So yeah below is my progress: Day 1 - did the whole thing, legit felt like throwing up, didn't have an automatic fan so I used one I got in Europe, when I finished I was shaking Day 2 - almost forgot to do this but then remembered, I was able to do 25 Burpees in a row without stopping, after that I died and sat for a few minutes fanning myself, when I tell you that you'll get sore muscles, believe me you will. Bit I can't wait for tomorrow since I'm starting to feel a lot more confident, I'm going to take a few days off from this for Christmas, new year's and some travelling I'm doing (sorry for the overshare and thanks for the likes, I hope this encourages people) Day 3 ok so I didn't think this through when I started but I can't actually do this consecutively because of travelling, Christmas and New year's, so I've decided I'll try my best to do it in the time I'm out of my city and if I can't do it then I'll try and do it in January and update this more often when I can. ------------------------ Hi so I'm back from my travelling 😊, I didn't expect this to get over 100 likes so thank you it really encourages me, I'm going to restart this first making sure I do it for 7 consecutive days before letting myself take a day off and restarting. I've decided it diet myself a little bit, I'm quite a foodie and have grown up in a body positive home, I've decided to just cut down my portions of food (not dramatically) but slowly, and a rule I have made for myself and you should too is eating something when you crave it or else you'll never stop thinking about it and will end up eating more than you would've I might edit this later if I feel more energised. I definitely recommend to at least try this challenge and applaud those who did ❤️ Day 1 - ok so I just did it, it's about 10:45pm, almost forgot to do it today so rushed to do it. I did 75 crunches in a row instead of doing 2x30 and 1x15, it felt weird to get up after that lol. But it felt a little less hard then we I first tried it 2 weeks ago, still, THOSE FREAKING BURPEES MAN, can't wait for day 2 Hey forget to add it but here's day 2 - very absent minded so forgot to add it, I did 100 crunches/sit ups this time, idk why. I saved the Burpees till last and after doing 100 crunches I could only do 2 sets so I made up with some Pilates Day 3 - kinda took it slow today since my abs were burning, replaced some of the Burpees with Pilates but overall it was all good
Hope you can come back and good luck with the new school! :) Btw make sure to stretch well before doing this to not hurt yourself and have less cramps afterwards
I decided to try doing half of it (50 jumping jacks, 50 burpees and so on...) bc it's been more than 4 months since my last *actual* workout and my body is a little weak rn :(. hope I get stronger soon cause I wanna push myself even more and do the whole thing.
Can we talk about the fact how shes doing the workouts in hoodies ive been doing this workout for months i cant do it with a hoodie and your gorgeous💗🥰
i am on just day 2 and my abs are sore and I’ve been getting better at doing them the workouts are still a struggle but I’m glad I’m doing them it makes me feel like I accomplished something 😊
Whoohoo!! Thats amazing!! Keep the work up. You will feel so great when day 7 comes. 🙈 Good luck on finishing the challenge!☺ Do some stretches after the workouts to not be as sore the next day. That helped me a lot.
@@dontstolemyfoodotherwiseil2594 it really depends because it’s hard and I took a couple breaks but I finished it but yea it depends on how you do it ☺️
Training sore muscles will slow down their development. Muscles being sore means they have micro tears in them and they‘re in the process of healing. Through healing they grow. When you train them, you effectively hinder the healing process, which results in slowed down muscle growth.
First of all, great job with this killer schedule!! I'd love to see more of this type of content! But for some reason I think deeply throughout the process of it 🤔 but a tip is to do the burpees ine after another like take brakes in between each set and if ur like dieing during a set bc later on of u do it after lets say the plank crawls...u wont. Its IMPOSSIBLE 😭 And also do it in ur own time, dont go as quickly as u can. Song for plank crawls: One In A Billion by Enhypen *Day 4:* Sorry i didnt have time to update this. Tbh this looks like something we'd do as a cardio routine back when I used to be in a dance group. I haven't worked out in almost 3 years since then and now this workout seems to be way too hard for me as of now. Hope I get back in shape someday
I tried this workout and here were the results My height: 1.66m (still growing) My starting weight: 43kg I did the workout because I wanted abs and I wanted to lose some of my lower belly fat After doing the workout daily for a week, I ended up losing 3.5 kg and I saw development in my abs and I definitely lost the belly fat. I’ll continue with the workout to build my abs more 😅

Heheh thank you!!💖 Yayyy congrats on completing day 1!!🙈 My hands were killing me too haha, they were so red. If you keep trying, goodluck!! You got this💪
Long rests (30s-2min usually or until your heart calms down) between sets and exercises are okay and highly recommended, *especially* for beginners. In fact people who go to the gym spend most of their time resting than exercising.
i think working out like this isnt as much fun as other methods of exercising! plus while these movements are relatively easy and accessible to most bc they dont really require any other tool/machine, it's still easy to get hurt bc of poor form. i remember doing sooo many variations of these popular routines and developing a real aversion for them XD so really if you cant keep this up and feel bad about it, dont beat yourself up!! these workouts got really popular recently, but everyone has a preferred way of moving/keeping fit. ex. i love long walks, pilates, dancing, occasionally lifting weights, etc. you could do hoola hoop, jumping rope, dancing, climbing, swimming, any sport! it also helps get rid of the shame (you know what i mean, there's a reason i always used to exercise in my room or at night, always without people watching XD) i wish everyone good luck on their journey
I did this last week and then immediately got sick the next day but I’m going to try it for a week!! Day 1: Done! I did the burpee variation where you go all the way to the ground and did a plank instead of plank walk for the song (so my arms have more workout). Song of the day: Scent of you by &Team :)) Day 2: Done! Song of the day - Counting Stars by BE’O and Beenzino Day 3: Done! I sweated sooo much today. Song of the day - Love Me Like You by Little Mix
Noticed a lot of comments with incomplete daily logs, so I am going to give it a shot to help hold me accountable. I want to lead off by saying I am no stranger to the gym. Many of these exercises I've done under the guidance of a personal trainer. I am now back to working out on my own and currently 63kg (much to my dismay lol). It is rather intense because of the cardio and plyometrics combined. But it IS doable. Diet lots of protein (I try to consume about 90 to 100 grams of protein a day), fibrous veggies, plenty of water. For my goals, I want to stay under 1200 calories for now. Protein is essential for building muscle, and muscle burns more calories even when you're just sitting. Day 1: Since I am familiar with this type of exercise I can go through the entire routine with minimal breaks (no more than 30 seconds). However, STILL quite intense. My heart rate stayed around 150 to 160 bpm on the most exerting parts. Day 2: Didn't go as hard as I wanted today, because my husband joined and couldn't keep up lol! So we cut out half of the burgers. Still quite the workout! Day 3: I picked a bad time to start this challenge as I got super busy around the holidays. But even with some days gap, Day 3 was surprisingly easier. Could have just been well rested. Those burgers are still brutal though. I still keeping up with my diet and did my best not to cheat! Day 4: Okay from here on out I am timing myself. Got through the entire routine in 25 minutes. Not bad. I think? I really don't know how they are spacing the 4 sets of burpees out. Using my smartwatch I burned about 250 calories. Not bad! Day 5: My time today was 20 minutes. Really pushed through today. The burpees are getting a bit easier. Idk why I was so hung up on the burpees. It's the PLANK UP AND DOWNS that is actually killer. Day 6: Day 7:
I relate to day 6 coz I've been doing their routine not everyday tho * that's self torture * and like today I hurt my hand doing the plank crawls and it was the worst but I'm glad to say i finished it ... kinda
Yesss day 6 and 7 my hands were killing me to a point I thought I needed to stop. I did some hand stretches to help but still was hurting. Congrats on trying it out and making it through. It’s a hard challenge💪🏼

I do Kazuha’ an workout as a pre workout and then this as my workout and it was tough in the beginning but then I started to see results now I’m 2 months into it and feel great ( I also stretch for about 10 minutes before and after this)
Great video! I enjoyed watching it. I would recommend to warm up first then stretch at the end of the workout. I would also recommend that if you are planning to keep with this workout to do different workouts every other day targeting different areas so that your body rests and there's less risk of injury.
I must say, after trying this routine for a day, burpees were the hardest and longest to accomplish😫 I must say it is an essential part to the routine so if you're planning to try out this routine pls try at burpees😭
ive always been insecure of my weight so im taking this is the chance to lose some weight before prom and college starting! im currently yr 11 (senior) in highschool lol. im gonna keep track for how long i decide to do this for. im not watching numbers but more about my emotion and physical health. Day1: did the whole workout with a stupid amount of breaks lmfao. i only did 50 burpees because i dont think my could’ve actually handled all 100. :)
Thank you a lot for your video! It was really helpful to have your feedbacks :) Thanks to you, I think trying this workout. However, I'll probably start with 1/2 the quantity of each exercise for a week or two, then 1/3 till I'm okay with it, and then the full amount. I think it would be too ambitious for someone who doesn't do sports often to try it directly like that. Good luck to anyone trying it! You can do it!
This looks exactly like the kind of workout I was looking for! I know this video is a few months ago, but for my own accountability’s sake, I’m going to be doing this workout (as well as trying to eat better) until my birthday, which is February 17th! So, 19 days here we come! Starting this when I get home from work today. Day 1: Day one honestly wasn't too bad! The burpees were killer but I knew to expect that. I also took the advice of a lot of commenters and stretched before my workout, so I can see that it helped with soreness! Day 2: I know it's only day 2 so I am definitely expecting my opinion to change but I actually really like this workout. It's hard but it makes me feel accomplished and I can feel that it works. My shoulders are super sore but not much else. Will update tomorrow! Day 3: Aaaaand there's the soreness. My shoulders, forearms (?) and calves (?) are super sore. I have been stretching and I have been foam rolling too, so hopefully that helps! I still actually really enjoy doing this workout and I may be making it up but my upper abs were toned and super flat this morning! Day 4:
personally i broke it up into two circuits and split the crunches with situps 100 jumping jacks+stretching ___ 2x25 burpees 10 jump squats 2 min plank crawl 10 plank up/down 25 crunches 20 situps (i also added 15 pushups/15 australian pullups later for more upper body/back to round it out better) ___ repeat circuit and do reps till failure 2nd time. i actually found myself progressing further by not fatiguing out my muscles too soon and was overall able to do more reps the more i did this workout! this workout is pretty well-rounded but a little lacking in upper body for my taste so i added some to it. in three months i lost abt 7 lbs (doesn't sound like a lot but my starting weight was 110 and my goal wasn't even to lose weight but simply be active and build strength) and have a little bit of ab defn now!
I'm going to try doing this, probably not today cause it's 24th December and I have to stay with my family, but as soon as I start doing it I'm going to tell how I'm doing. I hope I don't die while trying this, and I also hope I can get used to it and continue doing it! Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7
Okeyy imma do this and keep updating :) Day 1: the burpees killed me but otherwise not too bad. I couldn’t do all 25 at once so i took small 10 sec breaks and then a longer break after one set. I also did 20 minutes of incline walking before and after the workout. Day 2: So much easier !! The burpees still killed me and I couldn’t do 25 back to back so I did 13x8 (or actually 13x4 and 12x4). This time I only did 10 minutes of incline walking before and after. But yeah so far very fun
@@llovestayyy Hi! I honestly can not see a difference. I think a week is not enough to make a difference but maybe in 2-3 weeks your stomach would look more toned :)
I think out of all, burpee are the hardest. I only did 2 set and wanted to throw up. But Lesserafim said they are most confident with their burpee, like the most fun part and they did good. Welo it motivated me more
Tracking my progress here Day 1. Doing some of the routines in half set since i'm feeling kind of weak today (my work is quite physically arduous since i'm working in the kitchen so i've always feel pretty drained physically after work). I can finish it tho even with shakiness here and there with minimum rests in between (30 sec or below) Day 2. Done. Still do some of the routine in half set 👍 Day 3. Done also. Feeling a bit sore due to DOMS but I keep going hahah it starts to feel a bit easier for me
Had to keep myself motivated! If I went into it feeling like I couldn’t do it I wouldn’t have been able to finish the days. I had to be my own support system haha🙈
also to anyone who reads this, i recommend, when you're doing burpees, keep your feet at around shoulder width apart (at all times). burpees will still suck but work better.

I’m glad there are people like you on the internet !! Thank you
@@kiddeal_ If you can do it, do it. Also it is still better than not exercising
I did this workout and the jumping jacks were alright and the plank twist but I would say that the burpees were the HARDEST to do
YESS 100%!!
Agree dude. No way in hell I could do 100 one after another. Had to do sets of 25 mixed in throughout the other exercises
BRUH YESSS. I also tried this workout and I think we all have to agree the burpees were one of THE hardest ones out of all the exercise!!
The max times I can do burpees is 20 it's the hardest part 😭
Thanks to god I did them 25 times for four sets or I swear if did 100 burpees straight I'll pass out
im a very sedentary person so i decided to give it a go, on the first day and by half the routine i was feeling like i was gonna pass out 😭 i stopped it but definitely gonna try again tomorrow and finish it. it is truly a hell of a routine but worth it
Not a good way to start exercising if you are sedentary. Try a non impact less long workout. No jumping asian exercises are good for starters
Just be careful man don’t push yourself too much. Burpees can actually make you pass out. If you’re not used to the up down motion or have low blood pressure.
Same I also tried this workout as an extremely sedentary person who sits and rests all day and the first time i did ut i almost oassed out. Now i made a workiut routine where i do this workout and another one combined every day. I still almost pass out and get dizzy and get breathing problems but I have to lose weight! Like rlly urgently
okay for one your eyes are so gorgeous! and also this is so cool, proud of you for having such a positive outlook on it starting the workout everyday!
Aweee🥺❣️ thank you!!! This challenge was definitely hard so I tried to motivate myself everyday. Thank you for watching!!

FAT TIP**
Before you start this PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD do dynamic stretches. After do static stretches. This will help you get better results!!!
Edit: This is incredibly important for you to do as well so that you do not damage your body!!
what is dynamic and static stretches
@@kangtaehyuner dynamic stretches are stretches that are done with movement while static stretches are held out. For example doing a light jog or jumping jacks would be dynamic as they help prepare and strengthen the body for the upcoming workout. An example of static would be yoga as it helps relax the body and take out any tension in your muscles from the workout.
@@kangtaehyunerdynamic streches are the exercices that help you prepare your joints to the movement while puting your muscles in little pressure to strech them , bassicaly to prepare you body to the workout you gonna do .
Static streches are streching the muscles while relaxing , there is no movement just static.
YOU KILLED THIS!!
Thank youuuu❤
Hey, so I don't normally do this kind of thing (putting my progress in the comments) but today was my first day doing it and I don't want to lose track. So below I'll post my results, I hope to continue doing it until I start school which is in about a month and a bit because I want to have a new me at a new school. So yeah below is my progress:
Day 1 - did the whole thing, legit felt like throwing up, didn't have an automatic fan so I used one I got in Europe, when I finished I was shaking
Day 2 - almost forgot to do this but then remembered, I was able to do 25 Burpees in a row without stopping, after that I died and sat for a few minutes fanning myself, when I tell you that you'll get sore muscles, believe me you will. Bit I can't wait for tomorrow since I'm starting to feel a lot more confident, I'm going to take a few days off from this for Christmas, new year's and some travelling I'm doing (sorry for the overshare and thanks for the likes, I hope this encourages people)
Day 3 ok so I didn't think this through when I started but I can't actually do this consecutively because of travelling, Christmas and New year's, so I've decided I'll try my best to do it in the time I'm out of my city and if I can't do it then I'll try and do it in January and update this more often when I can.
------------------------
Hi so I'm back from my travelling 😊, I didn't expect this to get over 100 likes so thank you it really encourages me, I'm going to restart this first making sure I do it for 7 consecutive days before letting myself take a day off and restarting. I definitely recommend to at least try this challenge and applaud those who did ❤️
Day 1 - ok so I just did it, it's about 10:45pm, almost forgot to do it today so rushed to do it. I did 75 crunches in a row instead of doing 2x30 and 1x15, it felt weird to get up after that lol. But it felt a little less hard then we I first tried it 2 weeks ago, still, THOSE FREAKING BURPEES MAN, can't wait for day 2
Hey forget to add it but here's day 2 - very absent minded so forgot to add it, I did 100 crunches/sit ups this time, idk why. I saved the Burpees till last and after doing 100 crunches I could only do 2 sets so I made up with some Pilates
Day 3 - kinda took it slow today since my abs were burning, replaced some of the Burpees with Pilates but overall it was all good
You got this💪 take it slow if you need too.😊 Hwaiting!!!
Day 4?
Hope you can come back and good luck with the new school! :) Btw make sure to stretch well before doing this to not hurt yourself and have less cramps afterwards
Day 4?? Do u see ab results??
this workout is soooo good, i tried it for like 5 days so far and ive seen so much improvement in my stamina when running, strength, etc
I’m definitely gonna try this! I recently lost my abs and I think this workout would help a lot with getting them back! Thank you for the video
Will definitely tone your stomach! Hope this helps🙈
omg it would be so cool if you did a stretching routine video because that’s what i struggle with more than the actual workout 😅
Ouuuu!! Ill defiantly do that. I love stretching so can come up with something!🙈❣
@@SabrenaJones also flexibility workouts please
Also make sure you do a few jumping jacks or run in place before you stretch or else it’s a lot harder
@@dyme917 Okay I can come up with ideas!!!
I decided to try doing half of it (50 jumping jacks, 50 burpees and so on...) bc it's been more than 4 months since my last *actual* workout and my body is a little weak rn :(. hope I get stronger soon cause I wanna push myself even more and do the whole thing.

Training sore muscles will slow down their development. Muscles being sore means they have micro tears in them and they‘re in the process of healing. Through healing they grow. When you train them, you effectively hinder the healing process, which results in slowed down muscle growth.

Long rests (30s-2min usually or until your heart calms down) between sets and exercises are okay and highly recommended, *especially* for beginners. In fact people who go to the gym spend most of their time resting than exercising.

Haha!! I don’t blame you. Thank you so much😊
i think working out like this isnt as much fun as other methods of exercising! plus while these movements are relatively easy and accessible to most bc they dont really require any other tool/machine, it's still easy to get hurt bc of poor form. i remember doing sooo many variations of these popular routines and developing a real aversion for them XD so really if you cant keep this up and feel bad about it, dont beat yourself up!! these workouts got really popular recently, but everyone has a preferred way of moving/keeping fit. ex. i love long walks, pilates, dancing, occasionally lifting weights, etc. you could do hoola hoop, jumping rope, dancing, climbing, swimming, any sport! it also helps get rid of the shame (you know what i mean, there's a reason i always used to exercise in my room or at night, always without people watching XD)
i wish everyone good luck on their journey

Day 6:
Day 7:
not you falling victim too lmao 😭
@tee. Lmao them holidays hit. I picked a bad time. I picked back up on day 3. Will update 😂

Thanks to you, I think trying this workout.

Day 4:
Good luckk!!!🙈✨
personally i broke it up into two circuits and split the crunches with situps
100 jumping jacks+stretching
___
2x25 burpees
10 jump squats
2 min plank crawl
10 plank up/down
25 crunches
20 situps
(i also added 15 pushups/15 australian pullups later for more upper body/back to round it out better)
___
repeat circuit and do reps till failure 2nd time. i actually found myself progressing further by not fatiguing out my muscles too soon and was overall able to do more reps the more i did this workout! this workout is pretty well-rounded but a little lacking in upper body for my taste so i added some to it. in three months i lost abt 7 lbs (doesn't sound like a lot but my starting weight was 110 and my goal wasn't even to lose weight but simply be active and build strength) and have a little bit of ab defn now!
wow, that looks soo tough! btw, ur voice is so pretty
Thank youuu😊
I'm going to try doing this, probably not today cause it's 24th December and I have to stay with my family, but as soon as I start doing it I'm going to tell how I'm doing. I hope I don't die while trying this, and I also hope I can get used to it and continue doing it!

Day 5
Day 6
Day 7
Goodluck!!🎉 Take it slowly if you need too. Be safe and healthy when you do it!😊
Okeyy imma do this and keep updating :)
Day 1: the burpees killed me but otherwise not too bad.
Good luckkk!!🙈🤍
may i ask if your abs got visible or defined? like, did your ab line appear and did you get abs?

This is my first time doing kpop group workout i will do this workout for 1 week i will keep updating
Day 1 : done it was hard when i saw this vedio i thought it was easy but when i did it , it was like i am going in heaven now and the hardest hell was ' The Burpees' .
Day 2 : done easy than yesterday took me 45 mins to complete
Day 3 : Sorry guys i forget to upgrade yesterday today is day 4 but yestarday it took me 40 minutes to do the exercise i can see my body changing
Day 4 : done today i had family coming over everyday i exercise at night or evening so i had to eat food so i was full after eating 😅TMI anyways so i did the whole exercise but except the burpees i mean i did it but only 25 so what i noticed is that my body is coming in shape and also 1 shocking thing that it took me only 20 minutes to do the exercise that means burpees are the one that takes me 20 minutes to do
