Girl what???? I just found ur channel and i'm truly surprised like WHY DONT U HAVE MORE SUBS???? keep goingggg, u have someone who's watching you always
It has been almost 2 weeks since I started this, and I already feel incredible. I wasn't trying to, but I lost almost a kilo because of it. Now when I do the burpees, the fourth set feels like the first set when I started out. Two weeks ago, my legs got to that point where I felt like I physically could not do it after the 20th burpee (just in the first set!)- now I can do all of it without feeling like that even by the 25th burpee of the 4th set. I also noticed that when I dance, I have so much more ease and strength, unlike before! My main problem with dancing before was that I looked too weak and powerless and like I wasn't trying hard- it made me look ridiculous- but now I can dance with so much energy and power and I can do it effortlessly! I know it has only been 2 weeks and I don't know how much more I'll be able to keep it up, especially with important events coming up in the next week (so I won't have too much time), but otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend doing this. I even feel like I can walk for longer without getting tired. I didn't find it HELL at the start but now it is definitely a LOT easier!
@@imnut_t Really? 😆 I feel so happy now! That's so sweet of you to say! (tbh I completely forgot about this comment lol) I've been doing this about 3 days a week minimum and 6 days maximum (depending on time, motivation and just energy in general) and well of course the improvement slowed down a bit because I've been trying to maintain my strength rather than improve it but I think it is really, truly worth it! Go for it girl! Here's some things that helped me get through the initial hell incase you DO decided to start again(I'm sure you are mentally strong enough not to need this but just in case): Just try to think of it as getting all the hard part done now so that it is easier in the future! It's hard at first but it will get easier before you know it! And if it takes longer to get used to it than you expect, don't worry, it will happen! In a way, self discipline= self love! Good luck darling 💞💞 Please send your results if you decide to start again❤️❤️❤️
Good job but it would feel easier only after a couple weeks not on day 2 and 3. I started working out and the first 2 weeks were hard but after then it became easier and now its been 6 months and I lost 20 lbs . So just a warning that it takes more just one day of 2 to see results. But it's totally worth it Keep it up

This is the first thing you need to know before you workout you always have to have water by you’re side and you need to stretch before working out

Consider it a rest day and get back on it when you already. I’m rooting for you. 💕
watching you and can feel the pain
The pain is vivid right? Lol
I liked this video so much!!!! this video really showed that in fact everything is not so perfect and simple, and there are no such perfectly sustained exercises without loss of strength. you did a great job for holding out for three whole days to shoot this video, even though you don't like sports 🤍
Damn that was hard..
I added it in my workout routine nd I think I dropped weight well.
Btw that was iconic
