I've been doing hi workout since June last year. After you work your way up to this level. You can up your rep every week. I ended up now doing 100 squats, 75 lunges per leg so 2 sets of 75, 1.5 minute of plank twice for all sides and forward, and 30 crunches, 17 burpees. It sounds insane but i started with what i could and then up every time i felt like i could. Congrats on everyone working hard to take care of your body!
