  • It is normal to age, but it is not good to start ageing in an accelerated manner at an early age, which mostly happens in the case of diabetics.     Dear dr. Malhal, thanks for the informative video for senior citizens. But, I wish you should have cautioned them against getting up without hand support, in case of arthritis of knees and or lowback problems.
