    Please monitor your glucose level before you switch from meat to Dal/seeds. My personal experience is glucose level shoots up when I eat Dal(any dal)/Seeds.. Don't just blindly follow this because dal contains high carbs as well

      Moderate use of Dhall n Seeds is very important.

      Yes...daals contain 60% carbs
      Also good fibre and minerals
      But individual responses can vary

    Good to know vegan options have lot of protein. But interested to know how much quantity we should eat to get those 25 to 30 grams of protein??

    Nice video. Can u plz explain reason.. Why I get more uric acid when I consume seeds, almonds , cashews, pista (soaked or raw) , chickpeas but not when I eat eggs or chicken ? And my sugars won't raise with eggs or chicken but goes high with above mentioned vegan sources? Thanks !!

      It's best to discuss in detail with a proper medical consult with your reports.
      Sugars not rising with eggs and chicken is understood as it doesn't have carbs... Chickpeas will have 60% carbs. Nuts and seeds cannot raise sugars for the same reason... No carbs

    For benefit of viewers Can you please suggest a sample daily proportion of these various vegan options to complete the protein requirements requirement. For example 4 almonds, 2 walnuts, 30 gm specific dal or chickpeas; 30 gm rice; 120 gm green’s, x gm protein powdered etc. for a person weighing 85 kg
