- In preparation of adding big power to our 3RZ engine we strip it down and clean it up. First thing is to replace the injectors with bigger 750+ cc injectors to enable more fuel to be dumped into the engine while under boost!
We also replace the rocker cover gasket and plan the next stage.

Blew the front diff and needed cert for the new tyres. So off the road she comes to get everything for cert organized so it can go through in 1 swoop.

Where did you get your injectors from? Ive been looking at 1000cc from an rx7

I have Toyota 4 Runner from 1996 year with engine 3RZ-FE. I need to change all four injectors. Becouse oryginal injectors Denso are obsolete please recomend me wich replacement to use? I need injectors with standard parameters. Thank you for your help!
Hi, they take standard length injectors and I used Bosh ones supplied by NZEFI. Just measure the O-ring and make sure they are correct on installing.
How many kms have you put into that engine?
I've put like 30k into it and its currently sitting at 350000 ish
@@lostsheepadventures That's exactly what mine sitting now. Also leaky as rocker cover lol. I'm following your work probably look at upgrading mine. It's a 96 manual 3RZ. Very similar to yours
@@lostsheepadventures Also I was looking at the Supercharger kits they have over in US for 3RZ that straight bolts in and somewhat of an simpler arrangement. Just getting one down here will be the trouble.
The 3rz is a great engine to turbo and has forged rods which can handle 15psi of boost.
Check the channel called Nugget Garage they love them.

Yeah the guys in Aus seem to have got more of these engines then we did. Common practice over there to turbo em.

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned
from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the
Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas
station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel
pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in
the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems,
turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and
New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be
done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of
crime here, called emissions and smoke crime :-(!!!!
