I have been experimenting a lot with online yoga classes to start my day and your sequences are my favorite! Thank you! I also love that they are organized by time, so I can scroll through my options, based on how much time I have.
Cat, I so value the many nuances of challenge, for strength and balance (e.g. holding high lunge and squat, high on flexed feet). The sequencing being slow and calm ( while unexpected and well encouraged)---my mind, body, and soul engaged. And I had time safely to modify as well (given my needs at age 60). Simple poses in a creative sequence. The best 30 minutes of my day. Just for me personally, my inhales and exhales were opposite Cat's on the leg dips and lifts, just felt more natural that way. Great flow!
I enjoy the "rolling" when we transition between planking and down dog. I had never done that before. Although I sucked at the the circling in cat cow at first (becuase I had never done that before) I'm glad you showed me a new way of doing things I've done 1,000 time before.
Couldn't decide if I wanted to do Pilates or Yoga today, and this pleasant little practice was a nice blend for a day when I'm under the weather. Would not really call it "intermediate" or "power" but certainly challenging enough, with the ability to deepen if needed. Thanks for a lovely little flow :)
I am typically not a yoga fan, but I realized that I can’t go very long without working on flexibility. The kind of yoga I like would give me a workout while also helping me with breath work and flexibility. This one gave me all of that! Thank you!

Cat Meffan I loved this sequence and your voice (I'm from the US)! I have PLENTY of room for improvement and it wasn't always pretty. I am still a ways off from doing the splits and the warrior 3 balance was hard but this was so much fun. I am one of those people who like to get the heart pumping so I love power yoga videos. I do need to remember to focus on my breath and form and to take extra time if needed. Do you have a slower yoga sequence that focuses on holding poses and breathing while getting the heart going? That would be such a mental workout! Do you ever do solely the ashtanga method? I've saved more of your videos to do later. Thank you so much!

This is a nice practice. It makes you work yet also relaxes you, so it’s not all straining and working.

One of the best yoga routines I've ever done - actually felt tired after it!
