You always leave out wyandotte. Do you even know the history of that place?! You HAVE TO cover it. Very VERY interesting place. Has its own utility services, tons of vintage buildings still in use, gorgeous downtown that rivals Plymouth or Royal Oak, and lots more. You have to go see it.
Hey April! I’m a fan of the Rochester/Rochester Hills area. They tend to be fairly interchangeable when talking to someone as they are fairly seamless into one another. This is an area I’m going to be touching on a little more as I had the opportunity to experience what it has to offer for several years. It has the downtown, it has the options, it has the great location/easy commute. It’s a very well kept area. Homes tend to be on the higher priced side compared to other areas, but all in all, you’re very much getting what you paid for.
@@LivingInMichigan different city governments, etc between Rochester and Rochester Hills. I look forward to seeing your videos on these two separate areas.
Thank you for the video.
I like lakefront houses.
Thank you for watching David! I can’t blame you for that one.
And I don’t blame you for spending this much on a small house to get the lake.
@@FalafelUnited it’s a good compromise! Living might be tight, but less things, less maintenance, less accumulation, more lake! Haha
@@LivingInMichigan exactly and 900 sq ft is average size house in many countries.
@@FalafelUnited Very True!

Rochester pros: character, history, sidewalks
Rochester cons: overhead wiring, detached garages, smaller yards
@@FalafelUnited Another con to keep in mind (maybe just in my opinion) in relation to Auburn Hills too, is the traffic.
