1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Salted Butter, room temperature
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Ube Extract
1 tsp Vanilla
1 large Egg , room temperature
* if using unsalted butter, add 1/4 tsp of salt**

Nagbake po kc ako nilagyan ko ng 1 tbsp ube powder and 1 tbsp ube extract pero parang di pa din po sya lasang ube.

@@dorothytan6417 oh. Thats ok. You can always try until ma perfect mo na yung tamang lasa for you. Its better talaga pag real ube halaya ang gamit mo. Lasang lasa ang ube. 😊
